For a 68mm BB shell using Shimano BB: Two 2.5mm spacers on the drive side, One 2.5mm spacer on the non drive side. For SRAM GXP 68mm BB, one 2.5mm either side. For SRAM DUB 68mm BB, 2.5mm spacer either side PLUS additional 4.5mm spacer on the drive side. Simple, eh?

I'm having an 853 frame built up too but with 631 forks (for longer rides). I was hoping though that it might come in around the 2.2kg mark, however yours is about 2.8kg (but all 853) ? Eek :D

+treguard1982 Yes, I was thinking 2.2kg myself, but the reality is a tad heavier. It feels great.. 1000km in.. review coming..

Please don't upgrade to carbon fork i own both steel and carbon. Your fork has a sharper rake than the average carbon so you'll get more comfort and control. You can't get enough good steel. Steel is real.
