Hey Jean Freeman, I think that both the cashew chicken, and the lasagna would work really well in the instapot. We haven’t ever tried them, but we will start working on some recipes for the instapot, especially with fall and winter coming up!
I am going to try this recipe right away. I am learning to make cottage cheese from our own fresh Jersey milk. I will use it as the cheese. Thank you.
