I didn’t officially join the challenge but it is so nice to have this going on while I am in a cut. Even though our macros are very different, I love all of your “what I eat” videos. There is always something that I can take away from it and it’s especially nice to have Steph in them because she is goals! ❤️
why would yall buy those? they're pretty much the same exact macros as quaker oats at 28g a serving. Quaker old fashioned is only 5 cals and .9 carbs more and you can get so much more for your $ lol
Mustard and mustard seeds are a staple in Indian cooking and as you know, they eat A LOT of rice. So it makes sense they would work well together, because Indian food is amazing.
Nick, how do you use clips of songs with no copyright trouble? Is there a time limit to avoid Copyright? Can I sample clips of popular songs for IG videos?
Basically you can only use a very little amount. That's why you'll never see him use an entire song, but just segments of it. In my film class back in highschool my teacher sais to avoid copyright you can only use about 15 sec I believe
Do you license the music in your videos? I noticed you have a lot of non-royalty free music in your videos and was just curious on how you are able to do that!

Watching this makes me almost laugh that it's a "cut" due to the fact that I'm 1 1/2 weeks out from a physique show. you're eating all the carbs I'm allowed in one meal! Haha, but obviously cuts are MUCH different than contest prep, plus you're only three weeks in. Good luck the rest of the way to you and everyone else giving this a shot!
