Usually because of court burden...there is a separate execution court...also

Sir section 39 mai yeh kha hai keh decree ko us court mai transfer karain gay jis ki jurisdiction ho gi per sir section 16 of cpc to keh rha hai keh (suit maybe instituted where subject matter situate) to sir koi dusri court kaisy decree paas kar sakti hai

As per rule court who pass a decree first can execute....or if another court has been authorised for execution then that court will do....ex., execution court
