Alora, Clogs are great work shoe attire- I 💜 them when I was in college and waitressing & cocktail waitressing- I wore clogs often. I guess that was before I cared if it was trendy. Nurses 💜 them, too.

I don't know why designers don't make strappy sandals with the front straps crossed, as they should be so that they don't amputate your toes, especially if they are high-heeled and thin. Few brands have good designs, and luxury brands should do more to make comfortable shoes.
By other side, I will be always a pointy toe shoe girl, I don’t care if they are in or out 😅 (of course well designed, can be comfortable!)
I know, All the fashion shoes I buy I have to make more comfortable by putting in padded shoe liners etc. It’s a simple design consideration that is always lacking in designer shoes.
