Went there back in 2000, beautiful stadium. Saw Milan beat Udinese. It was amazing.... the atmosphere by the Ultras with the flags, Tiffo and Flares was so good.

I am an Inter season ticket holder. Prices vary significantly depending upon where you sit & opposition. Tickets for games vs Juventus & Milan can run into €300 to €400 for best (non-VIP) seats. My season ticket is around €1,500 to €1,600 a year (section 160).

The San Siro is staying put for a while so don't panic. Great video though, one of the most iconic stadiums to visit. I think you need to head into France and the Stade Velodrome! Marseille playing well too.

Didn't realise the San Siro was being knocked down. Went to an Inter v Sampdoria match there during a work trip to Milan back in 2006, the stadium was only around half full for that one but it was still a good atmosphere. I remember the Inter fans were singing a song to the tune of Popeye the Sailor Man.
Went for the Milan Derby back in 2019, just before all the madness of the pandemic happen, as a Inter fan it was bucket list as I had heard about plans for a new stadium, gotta say your ticket was alot cheaper than mine.
Long story,but I drove into the Welsh fans allocated parking area at the Italy v Wales 4-0 game in 2003! There was only 10 away fans cars,in an area for about 200! Paradise for driving in and out of that day! Italian fans though, qued for about 2 hours to get out of their parking area😁 Felt so sorry for them! Grazie Italia FA!

You said you wanted to see the stadium in its original form. It has been added to to it`s current status. The roof , upper tiers behind the goals and I think the area you were in were added for the 1990 World Cup

I also went to this game and went on my own. I have to say the atmosphere was incredible. I only paid €10 for my ticket and £50 for my flight from Manchester airport (return). Was worth every penny

The top seats are not used and blocked because of some structural problems of the stadium. At full capacity the upper part starts to vibrate and they cannot sell it anymore.

I was there in February 2020. Had tickets for Inter vs Sampdoria. The day before I was Genoa against Lazio in a full stadium. Then Corona came and the game in Milan was canceled. I only had a walk from the hotel to closed San Siro. :(
