Baking powder -1/2 tsp
Baking soda -half of 1/8 tsp
Salt - pinch
Fresh thick Curd- 50gm
Milk -30 to 35gm
Vinegar -1/2 tsp
Super Red gel colour -1/4 tsp
Semi Soft Butter -40 GM
Sugar powder -50gm
Vanilla essence -1/2 tsp
White ChocoChip -As Required for garnishing on Top
White Chopped Chocolate -25 GM( add in muffins Batter)..it is skip in video by mistake..
FOR CREAM CHEESE FILLING
Cream cheese -50gm
Icing sugar -20 GM
FOR WHITE GANACHE FILLING
White Chocolate -60 GM
Fresh cream/ whip cream -20gm
(It means ratio is 3:1) for white ganache..
Baking temperature- 160 degree
Baking time -20 to 25 min
Lower Rod Only
