lol that's the reason I'm watching this too haha! I think the two rubbery rollers are starting to wear out, and are not "circlular" anymore so they are making a "flat tire" kind of noise. I'm not sure where i can get replacements though :(

I couldn't tell how from the video how to open the roller compartment, you have to go a little wider than the rollers and it pops open. Unfortunately something on the other side has a line that goes through anything that is face down even after I cleaned the rollers and the glass. :-(
