I would like to make bigger ones that might fit some fruit and vegetables inside of them. Would it be enough to just take more cords? (Maby 32 or 48 instead of 24). I don't mind the dangly bits to be shorter.

Hi there, the design itself likes that. If you dont want the long ends you can cut all the cords shorter.

Your cords could be a feel inches shorter dining they are 2mm instead of 3 mm thick. You can see hers are quite long hanging down when done. Once you make one your 1st one, you can adjust accordingly for any future ones.
