A day trip to Sitges is a great way to break up the “gay” of circuit. It’s what I do when I’m in Barcelona for Pride. Great video!
Thank you! We went back and forth on the sitges idea because we wanted to visit the nude beach there but ultimately decided against it. Won’t make that mistake again though!

OMG I remember El Quim, the best dishes there were the casino clams, the oxtail risotto, the foie Gras and the Octopus. I know you guys are veg/pesc but it was some of the best food I had in Barcelona.... Keep the travel content coming

I have a long history with Spain I met my spanish ex-husband of fourteen years in London(like me,he had his home and career here etc).
So in that time we travelled a lot between the two countries to see family etc and also had yearly vacations on our beloved Ibiza! (even getting married and having two seperate weddings, one in London's May Fair Hotel, and then the other the following month our second wedding at Hacienda Na Xamena Hotel, Ibiza (He wanted London and I wanted Ibiza, so that was the 'pre-marriage agreement...or it didn't happen lol!).
Although we travelled a lot like you guys to other wordly destinations, and also being out and proud, I was never into the whole gay scene thing, and that was only based upon the 'vibe' I got in the clubs, beaches and electronic music doesn't really grab me either, being an R&B fan!. (although my ex soon picked up the rhythm for it lol!).
I visited Sitges , really nice town (but I found it was the 'Fish -in-a-bowl') vibe, just laying like sardines on sunbeds and everyone ogling each other, so personally, didn't enjoy it, although the food is wonderful!. perhaps that's both my ex are I are just friends and part of each others history with great memories...but so different in the gay world.
