Ok so I did forget to buy the rice vinegar and ended up not using it but it turned out AMAZING! Minced ginger wasn't available at Walmart so I made do with ground ginger seasoning and it was ok. Really glad I went with this recipe, I'll be using it again.

I enjoyed this recipe! I used pepper steak cuts and simple steak rub & dill weed seasoning. I cooked the beef lightly so the beef remained juicy, and sauce was perfect! This definitely a keeper, will try different cuts of beef. Thank you.

S Parr I did tweek slightly.. instead of rice wine vinegar I used white wine vinegar and I also added more seasonings since I didn’t have steak seasoning( I used garlic powder, onion powder, Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb, a little smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic salt, Tony chacheres Cajun seasoning and I used all purpose seasoning instead of island vibes seasoning because I didn’t have it)... I also used coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. Technique wise I did everything the same and it was very good.

Definitely going to try this. You made it seem simple compared to the other videos although they did just about the same thing Edit: I made it without the island seasoning and Ginger. But it was very good. So good that I'm making it again tomorrow by request from my husband. Next time I'll know to sear the steak a lot longer before combining. Thank you

Get fresh ginger and grate it super fine, or you can get minced ginger in the frozen food section of target.
