Responding to Challenging Behavior to Get Attention

Parents and other caregivers can help their children with developmental delays like autism by engaging with them in everyday activities. This video shows how to respond when a child displays challenging behavior in order to get attention. This lesson is part of the Caregiver Skills Training program developed by Autism Speaks with support from the World Health Organization.
