This makes sense. The proper Providence Class dreadnaught at 2178m long is a formidable ship and comparable to an ISD in firepower/protection but with triple the fighter/bomber compliment. MC80s are superior to the later ISDs, but not twice as powerful. Indeed, one of the advantages of the MCs were its compliments of durable fighters and bombers that added to its firepower considerably. A full compliment of 36 Rebel craft was superior to the 70ish TIEs of the ISD. But the full compliment of CIS fighers/attack craft on the full-sized Providence Dreadnought/Carrier greatly outnumbers the Rebel craft (10x the compliment 360, mixed between 150 Vultures, 60 Hyenas and especially 150 Tri-Fighters), and would emerge superior, Tri-Fighters would be a particular bane. The Providence attack wings are quite powerful too and would be the difference in that 1-on-1 fight between the Providence and MC80. I can believe a 1-on-1 may go to the MC, but 2-on-1 is way too much for the MC80.
"MC80's are superior to the later ISDs..." No, they aren't, lul. This is not nor has it ever been the case. They are loosely comparable, mainly by dint of being extremely defensively focused, but they can't reliably win against ISDs. "But the full compliment of CIS fighters/attack craft..." It's also important to note that, like most prequel fighters, they are midgets relative to OT and later era fighters and bombers. The only prequel craft really comparable in volume are the ARC's and Republic Y-Wings. They are going to invariably be less energetic and, as usual for the CIS, vastly lower quality.
It's a win for the MC80 in the first battle, those fighters couldn't do anything to the ship. The MC80 survives without problems and destroys them all, it just didn't make sense for the fight to leave that part in the video.
I'll think about it, but most likely if I do this battle I should start from a large number of Acclamators, I won't be able to start from 1 because it would have 0 chances. Anyway, it wouldn't come too soon because I already have several videos ready or in preparation.

See some Moncal ships have one problem and that’s that some don’t have proton torpedos. So any ship with those has an advantage over the moncal.
MC80 doesn't seem disadvantaged here, at least in the 1v1 fight.
The First fight is a draw because the providence's fighters are still alive the mc 80 had 0 fighters left.

What about how many Acclamators can a providence dreadnought varient survive?
