U know what would fix this whole problem in rta PRE BANS then u don't gotta deal with the units u don't wanna see
No, that puts you at a disadvantage if you're well known or someone knows what important LD units you have such from streaming, etc.
We have been praying for pre ban for years and yes I firmly belive pre ban would adjust a lot of issues

I think some whales have slowly stopped buying packs myself included just cause there no incentive, nothing new I want.
Im not a fan of nerfing, i hope com2us can find a way to counter haegang, buff something that can potentially kill his passive skills maybe its a better than nerfing someone.
To be honest you have over demanded c2u. They cant touch all of the monster in 1 balance patch, and to be fair, the fact they are fixing old units rather than new makes it more flexible for players who want to experience new things. For example dark undine leo. You just want to nerf juno and haegang to meet your own expectation, not for the community. Imo, every monsters cant be balanced. There has to be some monster that are strongers (little bit) than others. And to be fair juno is not that strong, she has so many counters nowadays

The QoLs we're having today are the Fruits of all the (objective) complaints we've made through out the years.
Stopping the complaints which leads to stopping progress will lead to the actual death of the game.
Thus, com2us is also super slow on implementing changes which makes the situation even more difficult.

Solution to Heagang is to buff Zima = S3 > no glancing hit (to apply easier on water - still res checks)
( or buff Zima and give him instant turn after S3 to make the perfect Seara combo > might be too good though)
That first Zima buff does seem nice, but HOLY GOD THAT SECOND ONE IS DUMB AS SHIT!!!! i mean i use zima a lot so I would have so much fun with that, but being able to strip into CLEANSE BLOCK AND SILENCE on top of a BOMB on one person..... is very very very strong.....
edit: She wouldn't be a haegang counter, she would be an incredible stripper that is able to deal with haegang aswell as a perc.
That's stupid. Not everyone has Zima. You can't fix a unit that's broken against 100 mons by buffing only one mon. Again, dumb AF
I always see you talking about how Jackson needs a nerf, as a Jackson owner I don't see why. I rarely use him in rta, great rta counter pick but his skills are horrible, very low impact.
Where do you recommend I use him and how would you rune him? The only actually interesting commonly useable drafts I have seen are with other ld5s like Ragdoll. As for runes, vio is a waste since his skills are so low impact, despair is decent but his s2 still misses stun very often, on a cr cd build, he doesn't do much damage, especially since you still want him to survive with his passive.
I just am not sure, on paper he seems like a great unit, but even in drafts as counter picks where he should supposedly completely counter, his impact just isn't enough. I see the tian lang comparison all the time, but the key difference is that tian lang has an amazing kit apart from his passive, def break, aoe strip and stun, lots of damage with additional damage.
I got him recently so I'm still learning but the most use ive gotten so far is by going the normal haegang cc cleave and last picking jackson when people try to counter me with robos, moore, light eivor, Tian lang, leo etc. So far they either ban it and I have my whole comp or they dont ban it and my team gets to cut. Beyond that I've been tinkering with a combo with ethna and wedjat so that ethna can still s2 a fire unit or two and with water ezio into haegang cheongpung kind of stuff
Jackson isnt even close to ragdoll level.. damage wise jackson is trash while ragdoll would kill with vio and decay.. same with tian lang who can aoe dmg and stun.. jackson on paper really is good and can counter most units but he doesnt do shit
Haegang is a necessary evil... if you remove him, Turn 2 dies. If you keep him, Turn 1 is _at minimum_ not free (some T1 comps have just died).
As a F2P and not a crazy account, Haegang has helped me TONS!! in RTA.
Yea these turn 1 players have it easy haegang is like the only really strong threat against them even tho I’m a turn 1 player too as a (booster cleaver) I personally get clapped by high base

So what buffs u want to see I feel like ppl just in that category of (plz buff my ld5 unit) and if that ld5 did not get buffed then automatically the balance patch is trash to them. Ppl complaining in reddit nonstop about siege being easy and want good unit in def and guess what they want to nerf wind fat guy cuz he is good in def just like they want it but complain again anyway for being good. This community is one of of the reason why I quit the game for over 2 month now.
@@durant8006 I understand your point but you have to look at the ld5 people use it's the same couple ones, and if its siege their just going to do wind Shadow caster, blue retesh and their ld5. A good amount of ld5 aren't actually that good

the thing is if they nerf the only RTA heroes they are completly useless since they are only used like for one place like Julianne. But what about heroes that are used in like 2 3 places? or noone? like how many LD5s are out there which are basically in the storage if you do not want to flex arround - they should focus on buffing not nerfing.

My opinion , Com2us cant just boost monsters skills as what you like. They still consider old units ability. Most of new units have better skill set than old units, maybe they still dnt have plan to adjust it.

idk if they dont nerf haegang or add preban in rta i ll just play for guild and that's all. this game has a lot of potential but they really care about their money.
also i feel like a lot of monsters are useless, unless they re full of 1 respective element. yeah sure you could say momo for example is useful in siege sometimes, but doesn't excel, other monsters are doing what she does better ( basically damage and defbreak aoe ), it's a shame we have to watch same monsters being used or contested in rta, lots of monsters need buffs or revamps

Idk I don't think c2u should be rushed into big decisions.. since if they 'miss' the consequences are far higher. Things aren't perfect but honestly I'd say it stems from people not understanding what they're getting into with this game as a archetype (p2w and gambling centric pvp game) in the first place rather then excecution issues on c2us part. The game has been going in a positive direction to be fair to c2u. Pve's been getting alot better on so many levels and even pvp has seen improvements. I rmbr that last swc had the most number of units used in history, by a decent margin: showing that the meta is diversifying, bit by bit. One can push for change while still giving credit where its due, which would make the message more effective imo. Bc it does come off insensitive as is

you're right, my friend, they don't listen to top players and content creators, I described in a letter how to change the violent_ runes, even at the programming stage, anyway, so sooner or later many serious players will leave us, they add 2 stupid content instead of fixing 9 years of game errors that become from time to time It's like a casino game where your strict and strong runes are nothing compared to Violenta's proks.Good Luck man @ !
I dont think nerfing a unit into the shadow realm is a good idea. I dont play rta and im not a high end player.
Instead of nerfing these units with op passives into the ground maybe we can make it so that instead of the passives just being a permanent thing devs can change the passives into a skill that provides the passive. So for Hae as an example they can give him his passive on a 6 turn cd where he can apply his passive for 2 turns that cannot be stripped. He will just have his passive for 2 turns that will affect the battlefield and once the 2 turns is up hes just a normal unit with no passive. This could allow some counter play while still allowing the unit to exist. They have added a few too many passives imo, the game has just become a game of passives. I remember when i first started playing 5 years ago i got sylvia and i remember thinking how cool her passive was and wishing they added more interesting passives. I think they got a tad too liberal with passives lol.
Also im not in the hate the game boat. I still very much enjoy playing summoners war, but im also not a uber try hard. I dont rta, and i play g1 siege and c1-2 arena. I can totally see the frustrations at the high end tho, i would never ever play g3 siege and rta just seems kinda boring after a while of seeing the same few units over and over and over. I just dont see what a real fix would be to encourage people from exploring vs meta gaming. People who want to win are just going to pick the best units, even if its a 5% difference vs a unit thats not used, if you wana win you will pick the thing that gives you that 1% edge.. how do we stop players from doing that?

Hey man love your content and all, but (It's all my thought so don't think it as me being dick),
so with the issue with hae, play with atb absorb
I cannot complain about rag, bot being able to crit, if my play style is critting
Can't complain about leo, just cause I play with super-fast swift rune
There are ways to deal with them, and really complaining is just not cause your play style doesn't match to counter it
Whereas for smicer the 2 turn silence is really great with vio proc it's BS, cause he reduces atb and now anther unit is faster than silenced unit before meaning he can just stop 2 units from one proc, removing atb reduction might be great, or silence to 1 turn, but again I am complaining about him cause it hamper my playstyle, and If I change my style I can easy counter him but I am not doing so.
Seems like the issue with you is the same, yeah committing to same style is always good since we are not those high level of whale who can spends more and more just to have perfect rune for every style to play, we need to min-max as much as possible, which is the reason I too complain.
Finally, I am not being dick saying this or defending billion-dollar company, personally I hate this game, and won't recommend anyone to play it either, but for some stupid reason (addiction), I cannot quit either
Maybe it's because I am just scared from Riot video games, but I feel like com2us isn't that bad of a company in terms of game balance and MAINLY listening to the players...
Sure, the last, what, 2 maybe 3 patches weren't super game changing, but..... ok.... that's about half a year of minimal meaningful balance changes. That isn't nothing, but that is SUCH a short period of time to feel like com2us is on some sort of decline or that they are now a terrible company or something.

Don’t blame them for quitting. The burnout of the repetitive shit com2us delivers is insane. They won’t do anything with this patch though since this 10y anniversary has brought an influx of players, so they see the game as doing well now.

RTA is the only thing special about this game. PVE is brainless stuff which any other game can offer. But in the past year, the meta has been so bruiser that one match goes forever.. I fell in love with this game initially, but now it’s all about violent procs. Strategy is has been out of the window in the past year.
Bruiser meta? The meta has always been and will always be 1st turn cc/reset lol. Just look at the top picked units in rta, or even past legend winners. Where do you see bruiser picks aside from Gapsoo now?

How are they catering f2p when most of the broken units are ld.. light merc queen,lora, ragdoll most of this units are beyond normal element.. even haegang team would be destroyed by veronica..

Yes haegang is strong but guess what...I don't see her in every match. Guess who I do see 99% of matches at ALL ranks. Water Ryu and usually with CP. Talk about a crutch. If those two units aren't broken then why are they picked waaaaay more than haegang? Nerf haegang too hard or juno and the entire meta will be nothing but fast CC units with no counters. Whereas Moore literally works with every single comp. speed lead, AOE pushback, AOE strip, plus broken passive. CP's s2/3 offers way more than haegangs passive. If you look at the actual data, they're way more broken than haegang.
Haegang has virtually the same pr as Moore lol. Moore def needs a passive change, but so does Haegang.
Acog advocates for Moore and cp nerfs also it's just been years of saying it and nothing happening lmao

Shizuka & Smicer need a nerf. Shizuka shouldn't be able to apply both buff/debuffs with her S3. It should be at RANDOM or a maximum amount of buffs/debuffs. Smicer 2 turn silence is too broken, needs to be 1 turn. Like all she has to do is take a turn while cc and yet put a 2 turn silence on your unit. What is that?
I understand what you're saying but that's the point of the unit making it random would need her to the ground, instead of just doing random reduce it to 1 turn instead of 2

sizuka = limit her s3 buff or debuff, make s3 sizuka limit to 3 buff or 4 debuff
oliver = s3 make it 4 hit each hit absorb 25%
that will make oliver stronger with additionals lmao
@@eLsain each hit from oliver has chance to miss or ressit, example 4 hit and 2 hit got ressit so he only absorb 50% because only 50% some enemy unit can cut his turn

Haegang: Atb gain after strip/cleanse=15%(maybe 20)
When cleansing, only the cleansed unit(s) will gain atb
Oliver: Nerf speed lead
Shizuka: Limit amount of buffs to 3(threat state + Shizuka s3 is stupid asf)
Moore: Passive halves dmg instead of negating
Smicer: 1 turn silence instead of 2, atb pushback 25% instead of 40
Kassandra: some requirement for her nuke. A free 40k dmg if you don’t have resets is dumb asl
Sonia: remove the 50% atb thing on glancing hits or severely nerf it. Such a dumb addition…
Julianne: removes only 2 debuffs OR only removed turn-prohibiting debuff(stun, freeze, etc.)

Here goes the downfall of this channel. Asking for nerfs for units who aren’t even that broken. Man I hate crybabies. While I agree the balance patches have been lackluster. Asking for nerfs is just dumb. This the most balance I seen this game in a long time. When content creators start crying like this man is. It is way better for them to quit. Go find another game

Then compare a premium ld unit like oberon against kassandra fire.. 2turn ignore def vs 4turn plus kassandra even has passive protection whereas oberon would need to kill a unit to even get his protection.. in every possible category kassandra is way better.. now do i like to buff oberon? Nope because he is a good unit and he does his job well but to think something like kassandra who can be considered free to play because of nat 5 event is way more powerful and wins in every category against oberon kass definitely needs nerf

Byungchul definitely.. even vanessa needs nerf.. reviving a unit with an exact amount of atk bar is insane.. imagine killing a unit and it gets revive just to take a turn and counter is insane.. it doesnt go with normal rules... if this skill had that special effect then indicate it in the spell so people wont wonder how the fuck things happen
