Note the jade bot core doesn't add any vitality in WvW. Weapon swap sigils will again trigger on Legend swap too (Jalis > Alliance, Alliance to Jalis only).
I just pulled together a set of Bladed armor to give my Vindy something to wear when I join a PUG in WvW. Kinda fun being a bouncy-healy-helper. And the Dwarf stand give me tools to tag opponents so I still get bags and XP. (Roads and Hammers)

I always trust your builds even if they are older than new builds because they ALWAYS work for me 😊. I don’t have enough currency for monk tunes but I do have a set of rune of the flock and rune of rebirth, which one would you currently suggest? Also, which relic would you suggest as I’m assuming this build was before relics came out?
Thank you so much for the trust! Just be aware that this build has been nerfed a bit. It will still do everything as explained in the video, but less of it. If we're choosing between Monk and Flock runes, I'd go with Monk. As for the relic, I'd recommend these ones in order: Relic of Rivers - Relic of Mosyn - Relic of Evasion.
I currently don't have a video for it, but I will most likely do one. Until then, this exact build will work just fine for PvE. But if you'll be doing raids with it, or want more damage, you'll most likely need at least some Harrier as you said
I think that a healing tempest build is a very good build, but you'll need to overload and swap attunements all the time. Healing Druid is very strong for heals and cleanses, but you'll need to learn to manage your CA. Healing Vindicator is also very strong, and I'd say relatively easier to learn than the other 2 builds. Even if people can't swap weapons often or not at all, it will still perform well.
I know this build was good for some time after original post. But, over time, nerfs, I am curious if the build is still worth playing? I am not min-maxer, but also don't want to gimp my group. Still viable if well played? The Johny, you the best!
Dwayna overall as a Rune is a very decent option for this build, but not in WvW. Boons gets stripped often in WvW and most likely the regeneration won't last long enough to make Dwayna a better choice than Monk. Also Monk will affect all your heals of all kinds, and the extra boon duration is going to help you more.
that's correct there is no mention on the tooltip but wiki states "Power Core bonuses do not work in Pvp or WvW." the scavenger protocols do work though in WvW

You did indeed have a comment and I am not sure where it went. I can't see it on my end either. But you were asking if it can be used in PvE as is. The answer yes you can and it will work very well. But if you'll use it for raids and you will not be the tank, you'll most likely need to change armor or trinkets to Harrier instead

I did a test with my Tier 10 Jade Bot Power core, it did not grant me any extra health in WvW, am I missing something?
