- Ray Monroe (Sam Worthington), and his wife Joanne (Lily Rabe) rush their daughter to the emergency room of a nearby hospital after she is hurt in an accident. When he says "i nearly had you" to his daughter, makes me think she died and he can't handle it.
A little obvious. The whole point of her accident is to make you think she really died and he's going crazy. Flight plan did this and she was really alive. So ultimately it's going to be what the writers feel is most "twisty" and not what makes the most sense. So there's probably no point in guessing what happens.
I hope it's a big crazy conspiracy so random that I can't guess it

Just saw the movie. The ending scared the shit out of me.
Yeah I think (spoiler for any readers) they should have actually gone with the **something dodgy going on** route, because it really did feel like the psychiatric doc was trying to convince him of something, as if to cover up something going down at the hospital...but, what actually happened was along the lines of what we guessed from the start, as we see signs right away that he's been affected - the closing eyes moment down the ditch
I just finished watching this with my mom and we were both like super freaked out by the ending. I mean, I really like psychological films because it just shows how our brains react to certain situations. I liked it but it freaked me out.

Vee It reminds me of a movie i saw long ago and I pretty much forgott, I think it was a made for tv movie, where a couple has a traffic accident in an unknown town, when they go to the hospital the husband dissapears and the wife looks for him and everybody says nobody saw her husband and she's crazy, etc. I think Dean cain was in the movie, but i can't remember much, not even the tittle, sorry

The twist at the end was shocking yet made sense. I was wondering why Ray came across as creepy instead of concerned at times earlier in the moving. I thought Sam was missing the mark as an actor, but it turns out that he played the role perfectly.

I’m usually not the type of person to watch thriller/suspenseful movies because they stress me out. Even though this one was stressful, this movie is amazing. So many unpredictable plot twists. I was in shock with the ending. This movie deserves to be seen everywhere especially the theaters. It’s a masterpiece!

That's how week we became.
Spoiler: The most obvious conclusion that nobody is mentioning is that he fell asleep and was awoken when that man asked him if he was okay since he was talking in his sleep. Everyone is trying to piece that he didn’t remember or that he was seeing it differently, he simply dreamt it all. He put the bodies in his trunk, drove to the hospital for his injury (he was using the scarf to stop the blood on his forehead, probably dropped it, that’s how the scarf got in the hospital), signed in with his name, got checked up, had an interaction with all the hospital staff members (so they were in his subconscious, but their roles were different in his dream, since the memory doesn’t work that well). That is why we saw them in the delusion as a nurse, but in reality as a doctor. He dreamt the inappropriate interview with the lady who asked him about insurance, in reality it was probably very normal when he was alone. He saw the doctors, they almost took him to get the CAT scan, so he walked towards the elevators, but he refused it, so he didn’t see anything past the elevator. (So he had to imagine). Also! The biggest hint that this was a dream was that his wife was talking to him with more respect in the hospital, and listening to his ideas, like the motel, and agreeing with him. This would not be real since we saw before her death she said they were broken. He was dreaming the wife as a better wife, woke up and saw it to be reality. And he has this general guilt that he couldn’t protect his wife and child, twice. So when the doctor said the scan may be costly, in his ideal dream he went and said I’d do anything for my family, because he wants to believe that he was a good caretaker, he even repeats to his daughter in the dream “daddy nearly had you”, as in he didn’t have her and she’s gone. The dialogue is very subtle but hinting at the insanity. Another way to confirm it was his dream is that in the gas station we see the lady painting a little model of a bird, and then that tiny detail from his memory ends up on the table of the lady who was asking him about the insurance (if you notice the small shots the director got of the two scenes for subtle hinting.) that is one of the biggest giveaways for the dream conclusion.

This movie got me! I believed Ray, started to doubt his story after seeing everyone’s reaction, believed him once he found his family, and boom! He was wrong. On the plus side, Ray will likely go to a psychiatric facility instead of prison.
It's really quite unbelievable that not much people talk about this movie as they should be talking. Really liked every bit of this movie.

I love how, in the beginning I thought I knew what was really happening, but you dropped some hints that it might be something else...and then my mind kept going back and forth the whole film literally until the last 2 minutes. Kept me on my toes...if that's the saying? Good stuff! His acting is great as well

Praise to Netflix, Netflix has been making some intriguing and interesting movies for a while, no regrets.
It's freaking awesome movie. Very sharp suspense till the end. To be honest it gave me stress too. Instead of stress relief, it's stress on the way. Ray's acting is damn stunning. He nailed it. The way he shows his fear and expression. 100/100 Ray. The movie writer is truly genius. Such an awesome movie for the weekend so far.
Highly recommend this, great cinematography, enough twists to keep you guessing and a satisfying conclusion, few problems but nothing that ruins it overall.
Only 2 ways this MYSTERY can go:
1. The guy can’t deal with loosing them so he’s gone crazy and keeps visiting the hospital
2. Like Flight Plan, there is someone at the hospital pulling crazy stuff and kidnapping little girls

I'm thinking one of two possibilities:
1. He murdered them, has some kind of psychotic amnesia and doesn't remember what happened
2. Organ harvesting/human trafficking operation. Why else would a deep Plains-area city be taking the steps to wipe the records?

Just finished watching it and I 10000000% recommend. It was so good and the twist at the end SHOOK me to my core. The suspense, the acting, the tone, everything is so on point. Definitely one of the best thrillers out there.

The best aspect of the movie is that it never confirms whether Dr. Joseph is genuinely experiencing trauma or if the hospital is truly a sinister place, effectively blurring the line between reality and an alternate perception.
Yeah I just watched it, it was really good and I recommend it. The ending were pretty twisted.
When I started watching the movie, I thought I knew where it was heading. Then there was a twist and I was ok with it, so I tried to think that there might be something else wrong. Then there was another twist so I came back to my first theory on how it will end. The last twist of this whole movie, basically the ending totally blew my mind and I was shocked. For me, it was worth watching and it was one of the best movies I´ve watched this year. 10/10 would recommend it to everyone. The ending twist will blow your head off.
Netflix raised the bar with this movie. Spectacular showpiece and story. Reminds of the classic 90s thriller when movies were really well thought out.

I watched the movie myself I won't spoil anything for those who haven't seen it yet. My thing is, our minds can REALLY be our worst enemy. For example.. my mom was visiting me a few months ago from Iowa a week goes by then it was time for her to go back home, I was off from work so I took a nap and I woke up in a panic because I seriously thought she was driving around in Denver lost and couldn't find her way back to my apartment so I called her freaking out 🤯 then I came to my senses and realized went back home to Iowa a week ago.
The biggest clue is: Everytime he kills someone, he zones out and comes back. It happened at the construction site and it happened in the elevator with the guard. Once he found that scarf I knew the bodies were in the car.

Did anyone notice he never used his cell phone to call his missing wife and child? Also he only showed physical (not digital) pictures of his family.
Best plot twist: he actually has ptsd.. he's dreaming that the doctors took his family..but it's symbolic for the generals that he went to war with..how they deceived him and now he can't cope..so it's like he's losing his family.....ptsd all the way...

this movie has got to be one of my favorite ones. the plot twist in the end is ABSOLUTELY CRAZYY. i watched it once a few years ago and i re-watched. all i could remember was the protagonist being at the hospital, the little girl falling and that there was a plot twist that was just absolutely brutal. it still hit me like a truck even if i did remember that on some parts (spoiler) he was hallucinating. 100/10 would watch again

@The Fortnite Camper King Disney+ has a bundle that includes Hulu, ESPN, National Geographic, and all the Starwars and Marvel contents. That's a ton of original and adult oriented material. Its only natural for Netflix to get worried my man. And most people aren't willing to pay for multiple streaming services.
@@EbenPajanconi Ya sure, however; Disney + will not be able to provide certain content that Netflix can provide. Time Warner/Amazon is more of a threat from that standpoint.
@@augustrunsredA lot of the other shows that were once on Netflix are also getting pulled out by other companies. It's no denying that Netflix will lose a lot of subscribers and that's what I mean by worrying. Not saying that they'll go out of business. And besides, the Disney+ bundle is catering to a WIDE RANGE of demographics..

Was I the only one who saw straight thru this movie? When his daughter fell then he pushed his wife.. then he closed his eyes and the music goes all funny like he’s clearly dissociating considering the title of the movie.. ‘fractured’ I just knew at that moment that they had actually died and he made up in his head that they were still alive.. when peri said ‘daddy’ it just felt too unreal I knew it !!

This movie should've have an Alternate ending, I kinda mad surprised at the ending.
This was a great film. Definitely worth it. You'd think this would be predictable until you get to the plot twist, twice. The tone and the subtle ominous music as as well as everyone's acting, you're not sure which is real or not.
