Very interesting house hunting video, and great narration Alexa! I vote for option two because of location, location, location!! , authenticity, great work space, and a landlord who seems willing to be helpful for longer term tenants. Cheers! to all!
Option 1 love the city and ocean view. Little smaller but way under budget and convenient as you look like you’re close to everything. Pool, etc nice addition too.
That was one of the first ones we looked at and we also loved it! It was kinda hard to get up to the hill for that one though since we don't have a car at the moment. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for watching 😊 Haha I’m not sure exactly why but I can tell you the stereotype about Mexicans using it as storage is definitely true 😂 I’d guess it’s cause they cook different
All are so nice ! I love the kitchen on #5 but natural light is important in my opinion. Also , where do u work ? I would love to see if I can work from too when I get to mazatlan. I have kiddos so it would be awesome
Yes this was a difficult choice for us. All of them had good aspects. Mom was pretty set on an oven but the light was an absolute must. I am a video editor for another couple of channels so I work from home on my laptop. I loved Mazatlán. Where we lived I could get up and see the city to take a break from working. We called it Mazatlán TV. Do you have a plan for when you'll go there?
It was honestly a mix of facebook groups/marketplace and our realtor from the property we left. But you have to be careful with facebook cause there’s a lot of scams 😅
Yes it definitely gets very humid and certain areas have bad mosquitoes but not the whole city. I did get dengue from them out in cerritos here’s the video 😅 th-cam.com/video/zWdQcp3i9Dg/w-d-xo.html

Thank you! Yes that one is really nice 😊 This is a hard decision for us cause all the choices we saw fit most of our desires. Have a great weekend!
Oh and I vote for option 6! 😍 I'll start packing my bags... 😅
Haha yes that one is beautiful! This years house hunting was hard to pick cause they were all really nice
@@adventureswith_alexa Wait, so did you pick one?! 😃
So fun & exciting!! 😄 I was just bragging about you to someone yesterday, telling them how cool you are! 😎💗
Aww thank you! 😊
All fancy 🤩🤩🤩
Yuppers, they were all so nice 🤩

I loved seeing all the options. Interesting that having an oven isn’t standard. Insight as to why?

@adventureswith_alexa ouuu that's so cool . Yeah like around late may or early June this year .
Option #6, two (three) year lease for 25,000. Then option #1, then #2 if you can paint it white and remove those curtains!!! Wishing you the best!
That seems to be the fan favorite. I didn't even think about painting 😅 Have a nice weekend
This is awesome! How did you come across these properties? Did you work with a realtor for each property or did you use a specific website?
It was honestly a mix of facebook groups/marketplace and our realtor from the property we left. But you have to be careful with facebook cause there’s a lot of scams 😅
Question . Is there a bunch of mosquitoes over in mazatlan? Does it get really humid ?
