Hi Delonda I have been trying to catch you live, I watch you every day for at least 4 hr a day. Can you please let me know the next time you are alive, I think you are the greatest. You are a great teacher
Thank you so much! I usually announce when I am going to be LIVE on Facebook (in my group and on my public page), on IG, and on Pinterest. Are you following me on any of those platforms?
I have watched several of your videos and You are one of the best I have seen. Very informative and entertaining with your instruction. I will continue to follow you and hope to learn alot. I am not able to chat for some reason. Love your wash comments with your squeaky voice. See you next time :)
Finally, i feel like i can try this,, loved the tutorial. I have 11x14 printer and i bought both size papers. Can you please do a tutorial on the larger paper? Can you do several prints and add the powder, how long can it sit before you should press? Hope I am explaining this correct. Thank you again
I am so glad you found this helpful. As long as you melt the powder, you can let the print sit for days before you actually press it. I have waited for a few days before pressing before. I have done one with the larger paper, let me find it. th-cam.com/video/83gDtu0w9fk/w-d-xo.html
Good morning, Delonda! I’m watching your video AGAIN, and you’re so funny. 😂😅 😁 How does it hold up in the wash??! 😂😂😂. Cracks me up every time!!! 😂😂😂 Of course, I’ve seen your wonderful wash updates video. BOTH OUTSTANDING AND ENCOURAGING!!!
Hi, Delonda! Not sure if it would be the same for DTF printing, but Angie Holden @ the Country Chic Cottage recommended these color settings for sublimation: Color Mode > Adobe RGB Gamma > 2.2 Brightness > 9 Contrast > 7 Saturation > 15 Density > 4
Can I make a suggestion? To tell the print side of your DTF film: nip off a tiny bit from one corner, just enough to see it's not square. If you nip say the upper right corner when the print side is facing you, then you'll know you've got it set up right if the nipped corner is upper right.
My griddle seems to burn my parchment paper at 385⁰F so I have mine set at 275⁰F and I just watch as the colors begin to melt (for lack of a better term).
@@triciasanchez9797 I use 325⁰ on my griddle. I put parchment paper down first and then lay the dtf film on top and watch the powders melt. The design will go from a dull design to a really bright look.
I have an Epson ET-2803 sub printer. Am thinking of getting the 1500. I see you have two Epsons, why? Can’t you sub 8.5x 11 on the 1500 printer. I’m asking because I want to sell my 2803 and replace it with the 1500. I want to make sure I don’t need both.
Absolutely love all your videos! I’ve been having trouble with streaking from my brand new Epsom printer. Not sure if you’ve ever experienced this and have a remedy? If I change the paper setting and let it print slower than the ink is too dry for the powder to adhere by time its done 😩
@@CraftingwithDelonda yes I am! I’ve been testing out the DTF hack with the powder and thought it was because of the powder at first, but noticed the streaking when the paper comes out of the printer.
Of course you can as long as you have converted it to sublimation when it was brand new, and has never had the regular ink in it that came with it when you purchased it. Sorry, I just noticed that your question had not been answered. I’m sure, she just didn’t know you had asked your question. She diligently answers all questions. Merry Christmas! 🎄🎁
HELP! I tried this ans It seems to come out pretty well except I keep getting these areas of slick peeling plastic in spots. It looks like how we used to peel elmers glue off our hands as kids. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or how I can srop this from happening?
I love dtf. Got a question though. Every time I try to put it on a black shirt using white vinyl , the vinyl shrinks on me. I only put it under the heat for like 5 secs. I want to sublimate on a black shirt but just can’t get the vinyl not to shrink. Help please.
Hi, I love watching your videos. I am getting little-little dashes around my design when I use DTF film. I am using the products you have here with my Sawgrass printer. Do you know why this is happening and how I can fix it?
HI DELONDA. I LOVE YOUR TUTORIAL I'M LEARNING HOW TO DO DTF HACKS. THIS PAST MONDAY AFTER WORK, I WAS COMING HOME I WAS TRYING TO GET IN THE OTHER LANE I DID'NT REALIZE A VEHICLE WAS THERE SO I HURRY UP GOT BACK IN MY SPOT TO KEEP FROM HAVING An ACCIDENT, WELL THE CAR WAS IN MY BLIND SPOT, THAT DRIVER DROVE PAST ME GOT IN FRONT OF ME AND STOPPED, I HAD TO PUT ON BREAKS QUICK, THEN THE IDIOT DROVE OFF FAST, WELL I WAS BAD TRIED TO CATCH UP TO THE DRIVER PAST MY TURN TO GO HOME TO GET THE LISENCE PLATE # OH WELL I COULDN'T CATCH THAT MAN, ROAD RAGE IS SO TERRIBLE. I DROVE HOME TOLD MY HUSBAND, HE SAID WHAT WAS I THINKING RHONDA? DON'T EVER DO THAT AGAIN THAT MAN COULD HAVE SHOT ME, I SAID OK I WAS JUST TRYING TO GET HIS PLATE #. LORDY LORDY. END OF LONG STORY.
Hi there, I haven't made posters. I hope you are on the road to recovery. The best way to contact me is to ask questions under the video you are referring to.
I tried the DTF hack today for the first time. I got a lot of pizza wheels through my designs. Do you have a fix for this? I used gorda powder, yarmation dtf film, asub 120 8.5 x 11, cosmos ink, epson wkforce 7210, i used an all black design to fit a onesie, the film went through both through the back and the drawer without any issues. Just having issues with the black lines running through the designs. appreciate any appreciate
How about to help keep track of print side, stick a small post it note on film before you tale it out and then remove it when you put it in the printer. Keep the post it note on the envelope to reuse, even write “print side” on it.
Having a background and graphic design and doing a lot of print design, we learned that RGB printer settings are not as good as CMYK, which is for high-quality prints when I do my DTF printing on my sublimation printer, or any type of printing I always make sure that it’s set to CMYK. I get a better crisper print than I do with RGB. RGB runs at a lower quality and lower pixel rate than CMYK because RGB is for red green blue for digital use. CMYK is what professionals use when they do a print.
That video was so fuuny ! You were tripin ! I laughed when you were singing .... Ive got 2 15,000 and Im rich !!!!! I just wish whatever you were having... that I have it too!!!!😂😂😂
Loved the video, but having trouble. Everything is set up but the printer just keeps pulling the film through without printing. Any ideas anyone? Thanks
Please someone tell me what im doing wrong. I did everything Mrs. Delonda said to. I have the same printer and all the same products. It goes threw the printer but doesn't print on the DTF paper. It prints on the copy paper behind the DTF.

Delonda have you tried using an electric griddle with parchment paper, then place printed side up and heat your print. It works really good!

What temp do you use?
385 for 40 seconds

I think gray is the darkest I would go without using a layer of htv underneath.
Very informative as always, also encouraging n entertaining.

Hi there, I haven't made posters. I hope you are on the road to recovery. The best way to contact me is to ask questions under the video you are referring to.
Should be a glossy side and a dull side. Glossy side is print side and dull side is for helping with grip as the film is run through the printer.
Thanks for sharing
Why did you do the 2nd press after you did the peel?
The 2nd press seals the deal. It's so good with DTF transfers.

Did you change your paper size and type? I have heard that others removed their rollers; but I have not tried that.
@@CraftingwithDelonda I did change the paper size. :( I don't even see rollers that I can move. Maybe you have to take the back off.
I may have missed the part about the film. is the shiny side the print account
