Overlord Malarkey I always found it hilarious that I could be wearing a full set of armor that’s made of what is essentially the dried blood of a god, and some orc in linen rags and iron gauntlets would still decide its time to try and beat me to death over some drugs. The things this game makes you just accept as reality are astounding at times

There’s a certain cadence to Skyrim characters’ voices that you capture so well
They have one specific way of talking cuz like 6 people voiced the whole game
Also, amateur blacksmith here. That knife is indeed made from layered steel which is known as a Damascus pattern.
However Damascus Steel is a different term. It describes a long lost formula of steel which is rumored to be the finest in history for sword making. Valyrian steel from GoT is based on it.
Probably a dumb question, but is Damascus steel anything like the steel used in katanas?
@@BennyLlama39 extremely unlikely. Katanas were made they way there were due to to the sane reason they didn't wear metal armour. Good steel was hard to come by, and pig iron is brittle and lacking compared to many other available materials. Ancient Japan lacked the smelting techniques to reduce the carbon content of iron enough to make proper steel. And their tatara smelteries tended to produce inconsistent results, with often only around 25% of smelted iron sand becoming decent steel. From there, the steel had to be beaten and folded and beaten and folded to remove the carbon, as every time the hammer struck the hot metal, the sparks that fly are the visual effect of carbon being burnt out of the metal.

To be honest, the Khajiit are my favorite race in Elder Scrolls to encounter. Probably because I love cats, but also they have a mysterious charm to them.
This will be one of her best videos forever. There is no other Skyrim roleplay that can compare to it. Amy K has some incredible acting skills
