I could listen to Heartzel's round on repeat. His piece was so cohesive and catchy and I couldn't avoid bobbing my head to it. Hiss was good but I agree with your point of view.

I think hiss did the lesson because he would fill the technicality pattern, after that by his battle move he filled the other feature of battling, the musicality he s just a god ( and my favorite with den and wing ). He improved everything and i expect him to win it. This is a truuuuue master piece from Sir Hiss.

I really liked Heartzel's round too, but I think I have to disagree with you opinions on Heatzels "I can do more part". While yes, it was sick that he sang (although, I didn't really like it - gotta be honest) and his structure was very different, his drops were nearly exactly the same as his last few videos, with almost the exact same sounds as well, with almost no variation. Whereas I feel like hiss will give this one to Hiss. As weird as it is to say, I just found the overall listening quality to be far better.
I actually REALLY thought I was going to give this to hiss, but MAN did heartzel surprise me. Gonna have to give it to heartzel for me personally, just because of my preference. I loved how much it contrasted with his other routines, I loved how many disses he had implemented into his round, the closed mouth tk's, the fart bass, and a few others that hiss uses, yet making it sound fully his own. I absolutely loved hiss's round too though, like a lot. Man I fucking love this battle. agreed though, for me at some parts I did get a tiny bit, not lost but it felt like some parts were slightly prolonged in hiss's round, could just be how inexperienced I am ig but it just threw me off a little, where as each time I was able to reach that point with heartzel, he would either go back to vocals or something else but it just felt very well structured. idk tho I have no experience with musical theory or structuring or anything, just been watching beatbox vids on yt since 2013 so anything I say could very well be wrong :D
Love the thoughts and extra points around using Hiss's noises, I thought that was the case when he said "Sound Familiar?" but I'm so bad at noticing the types of sounds and who uses them a lot unless they're super unique sounds that stand out! This whole competition has been so hard, I always know who I prefer to win, but I never want the other person to lose! I agree with the sentiment around music theory, however it's not that we're saying it was poorly structured, we're just using the word structure to explain our thoughts! If I truly wanted to analyze/judge these I feel like I'd have to open them up in some sort of audio tool and look at the files to see if there were timing/structure issues.

I have my choices as to who I think should win but that never means I'm not a fan of the one who lost the battle. these are just battles, but each individual person is still an artist creating just that, art. and I fully agree with what you said, about us using structural as a way to try to materialize our thoughts. Also me, Hiss is a genius by his insane musicality and structure, you feel like he s building a true beat from the future life and by just his human mouth. That s so freaking good and gave me goosebumps
I feel like heartzels audio editing was kind of not right for this round his editing was good for a battle round like the ones before but on this one he should have gone for some more delay hall reverb what ever it is felt a bit empty and didn't hit as hard as It could have but yeah like his round too

I wouldn't have been mad no matter who moved on in this battle. I personally liked Hiss' round more, but Heartzel brought it as well.
Yeah while I was rooting for Heartzel I'm in no way upset with how things went, I wish there was an options where I get more from both of them 🤣
