We need a trained voluntary youth organizations which works with govt to handle such crowd management and for disaster relief just like in kerala wayanad. Jallikatu protest and 2015 flood had better management with voluntary unorganized youths. Govt staffs, police and traffic police r seriously short staffed for the level of crowd here and no stampede is a good job. Better water stands every 2meters and timing in morning or evening could be done than at afternoon and traffic separate lanes for 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers and better traffic management and people should listen to police and staffs too unless for an emergency
