If we follow general movie plot structures, the clip of luigi running from the dry bones and landing on bowsers castle would be after a cut from the scene where mario starts going to the castle town in mushroom kingdom, a cut happens and you see luigi getting transported to bowser.
My polt for the movie we start out by bowser going to the ice kingdom and him and minions taking it over however the leader of the penguins tells bowser that their is a probaisy that a human will come to defeat him he and kamik have a worried look as bowsers childhood runs threw his eyes he tells one of his koopa troops who has a blue shell on his head to send him to be executed while saying heeee even when your about to die ypu still hold hope he goes to grab what he came for the star kamik starts singing a song ligths light up everywhere and bowser say sthe meme a type of music we all know plays and we get mario and luigis commercial with the classic song after the song mario tells luigi that he thinks it was a waste of time while luigi thinks it's one of the best things they ever made mario and luigi get told off by foreman spike who is serectaily jealous about the amount of Money they made then the news station pops up and mario realizes it was his friend Paulline he goes to rescue her only to find a crazy ape took her After some barrel climbing he gets her and is treated like a hero foreman spike has had enough of the brothers bs and sets a trap that leads into a other world mario and luigi fall for it and while in the transition they get shaparated mario then wides up in the mushroom kingdom and then wonders where he is and where luigi is and then he meets toad mario asks if this is even real toad then hits him with a stick comfering it was not a dream he then asks if he knows where luigi is toad asks well how did lose him mario tells him the beganing of the movie toad hits him with a stick your brother has landed in the dark lands overthere their under bowsers control and says wait your super mario come on mario we have to go meet the princess we get the clip we were shown at the game awards then we cut to peach and some toads she tells the toads that bowser is coming then one toad says their to cute to fight then toad koucks peach gasps at mario she takes mario to have a taik with him she explains 25 years ago the mushroom/yoshi kingdom was under attack by the koopa kingdom and when the yoshi kingdom was ALOMST done with defeating the koopa kingdom they prayed to the gods that someone would come to defeat the koopa kingdom when they returned and they heart and with his strength they can do it mario realizes that he has his brother and a lot of kingdoms in his hand he agrees to help the kingdoms as long as he gets. His brother back Peach says of course and asks if she wants a tour of the kingdom mario says yes and then a montage happens of the kingdom near sunset peach tells mario that he needs some training before fighting bowser so she has a big training course planned for him mario does the training course horribly at 1st but over the night he gets better by sunrise he is a master peach says he is ready and meet toad who says lets go our big adventure begins now they rest of the film from this point I don't really now but before mario peach and toad go to the desert kingdom luigi gets captured to go tell bowser information about mario bowser yells at luigi telling him to tell him where mario is luigi does a funny remark and gets part of mushtse ripped off meanwhile bowser tells 2 shy guys to place luigi in a cell luigi easpes but gets chased by dry bones after shutting a door he finds a lunch pipe he goes in it and gets thrown to the yoshi kingdom meanwhile mario peach and toad are fighting enemies in the desert kingdom mario runs into a living cap named cappy who can capture enemies they here a roar from a tall mountain and go find put what's happening meanwhile luigi gets to the yoshi kingdom and gets chased by yoshis after a lot of references and chasing they run into the main green yoshi voiced by Charles martinet who tells luigi that him and mario are distanced to defeat bowser luigi asks the green yoshi if he can help him find mario and after a funny joke the green yoshi argrees meanwhile after some more adventuring mario peach and toad are fighting a dearest boss from the mario game were they ether run into daisy who gives them the star or just get the star themselves and fight off some Goombas and koopps they themselves go to the yoshi kingdom luigi and yoshi adventuring themselves and fight the smw 2 yoshi island final boss and go to other island this leaves not much for mario peach and toad to do but still afther that mario peach and toad go to donkey kong contrey they have a little trouble with a blooper and some water the eventually get to the village where the kongs live cranky kong says they can help but only if mario proves his strength mario says yes and go's to fight the strongest kong dk donkey kong so mario goes to fight dk he gets killed at 1st same for the 2nd time but with the help with the cat siut he is able to do it the kongs argree to help but they need some karts to do so they start to race off into space and peach sees a blue Luma fall down to space luigi amd yoshi meet the Luma and go to the haunted mission and fight some ghosts and something else from this point 62-70 minute mario peach and toad have a fall out but some what mwke up mario will district the enemies while peach toad and the toad army will deal put the most of the damage mario finally makes it to bowsers castle with all 7 star power but same with bowser and in a complete act of selflessness mario grabs a poison mushroom and throws it at bowser bowser is defeated afther 25 years the toads brust threw the door they have been koucking on for a while and yoshi and luigi finally make it to the mushroom kingdom yoshi Luma luigi toad and peach make it to mario and peach gives him a 1up mushroom and a kiss marik wakes up after your normal afthermatt speech and then maeio and luigi dedde to stay in the mushroom kingdom roll credits
