per capita? US citizens with 14 tonne per person (China has 8) Total CO2 emissions per year? China. But you have to remember that China has 1billion+ people while US has 300mil+ people And, throughout history? USA has emitted the most CO2 since the industrial revolution with 400 billion tonnes of CO2, while China only has 200bil Of course, everyone has to reduce their emissions. Not just US, not just china . everyone
@@PaulBowman-y1r That sounds nice, but it just isn't true. All the evidence demonstrates that changes to the amount of different gases in the atmosphere do change the amount of heat radiated back into space, which changes the global average temperature, and which is already significantly altering weather patterns, leading to the deaths of vast numbers of innocent people every year. Mind you, even if that weren't true, the pollution itself is killing millions of people a year, and lowering the IQ of children, damaging their mental health and damaging pretty much every organ in the human body, for people who live in cities where there's more air pollution. So either way, we need to speed up our transiton away from burning fossil fuels.

There is no evidence of an impending "catastrophe". Get a grip and stop being so hyperbolic
Third pole?
Tibet, the main bulk of this third pole, is neglected due to China . China exploitation of Tibet is a thread to all low landers of Southeast Asia.
What's going to happen when all the rivers the glaciers feed dry up. Billions of people rely on them to live
Pakistani Government should take precautionary measures before floods and so that we cpuld fight with the disasters ...
Thank you, get the story farther out there.
Climate change is world problem and we are genuinely victim Pakistan
Lol Pakistan victim everything there economy is down imf is responsible terroist attack in Pakistan so they balme india 😂
There are times when we used to visit glaciers. Now glaciers are at our doorstep. We don't need to visit them anymore. Karakoram Anomaly has ended meaning there will be more floods in coming years.
This isn’t just fate, it’s a crime, By giving away aid they think they fulfilled their responsibility, NO! Aid is not enough they must accept their guilt, face penalties, and pay back for the damage they’ve caused to humanity and the planet.
There must be higher taxes and more funds for mitigation and adaptation. We're all in this together.
The world bank has already 'lost' 41 billion supposed to mitigate 'climate change'. So no
Trump's people care for votes, so let's put inflation down and enjoy climate change alongside sustainable birth rates... Western countries cannot care for the whole world before caring for themselves... India is overpopulated and the population becomes a power through consumers of the world suppliers as well as the labour workforce for the west... Whites should care for the population more than the climate cz no-one in India gives a f*"k to climate change but to use climate change as a source of cheating one another to make money.
Sad 😢
More like stupid and irresponsible. Don’t make your home next to a huge glacial valley. The name itself should be enough to tell you the risks.
Meltwater can have catastrophic consequences, as shown in this N Pakistan video of Attabad Lake: th-cam.com/video/XZ8-pJafEQg/w-d-xo.html

Tough Luck!
Ironically, the concerned departments, specifically Pakistan's government, are still far from reality. in the upcoming years, the frequency of natural calamities will increase exponentially which will trigger other events as well.

How stupid ....like man will b able to stop this
Human activity has always affected the world around us because we're a part of the world, and now we have pretty powerful technology too. But even during Roman times, human activity made the Sahara desert grow massively. So how can humans stop this? We could, and should, listen to the scientific community and transition away from fossil fuels with all haste.
It is impossible to stop climate change.

Who makes the most polution ? 😂 Who is to blame ?
In terms of total historic emissions, Western countries are most to blame. We industrialised first, so we did the most damage and released the most pollution. Or, if you don't mean which countries, then the wealthiest people in the world are to blame.
per capita? US citizens with 14 tonne per person (China has 8)
Total CO2 emissions per year? China. But you have to remember that China has 1billion+ people while US has 300mil+ people
And, throughout history? USA has emitted the most CO2 since the industrial revolution with 400 billion tonnes of CO2, while China only has 200bil
Of course, everyone has to reduce their emissions. Not just US, not just china . everyone
pollution is bad , but has no effect on climate
