I think he's saying orchestra. Thy wanted to use a lot of orchestra, and for some reason the sound of them being processed and manipulated sounded better than the real thing.

I like Entertainment! The sort of asian flavor it has is a little out of place though. The album is growing on me. Borgeois is the best track I think.
