  • In this video I walk you through the principle of spiralling in Chen-style Tai Chi Chuan, including how to learn and integrate this foundational principle of movement into your silk reeling practise so that, through dedicated practise, you can also embody it in your Tai Chi Form. Within the video I cover the first step in learning through the spiralling of the hands, arms, and Dantian followed by an exercise to consciously spiral the feet and legs to integrate with the primary principle of Chen-style Tai Chi, whole body movement.
