Thats neat you both met there. I grew up in Sonoma but an ex lived in Sac. She’d take me to MidTown. We both loved the old homes. Nowadays I have more interest in Rocklin or Roseville but who knows🍁🍂🍂
There are also a lot of millennial mama's, so if you want a house in an urban area where you can have a family without moving to the burbs it's good. It's become so much pricier though so I feel like East Sac should be visited too before settling on mid town
