Thats neat you both met there. I grew up in Sonoma but an ex lived in Sac. She’d take me to MidTown. We both loved the old homes. Nowadays I have more interest in Rocklin or Roseville but who knows🍁🍂🍂

Girl you price too high. I know Elmhurst very well. There are more affordable houses than you present in this area. The neighborhood was established in 1909. Yes, the houses here are old and many are not updated. They are grandfathered in and if you do anything structurally, you got to spend $$$$ to being it up to current codes.
