Come with me to Provence this week where I spend a few days in the rolling french hillside, do daily yoga, eat local, seasonal food and hike amongst wild horses. I also managed to sit down with Emily English, you'll know her on Instagram as Em The Nutritionist. We spoke in depth about health as a whole, everything from endometritis to menopause and the definition of antioxidants and polyphenols. I loved talking to her, she's completely on my page.

Another brilliant vlog your in my favourite place . I am trying to get my husband to bye a chateau there i am very close to winning 😅 you couldn't tell me whats the best work out ware is i am skinny all over bar a menopause belly and I am funny with stuff on my skin at the moment as always feeling bloated. Thank you so much! It’s incredibly beautiful in Provence so I’m keeping my fingers crossed for your win. If you open as a hotel, I’m coming to stay!! Ok, workout wear, it’s tough because they’re all very tight and some can be restrictive. I really like Adanola at the moment, I love the fabrics and the styles they offer. Very minimal approach to workout wear but wearable when actually working out and supportive too. Thank you for your kind words on my vlogs though, it’s quite new to me over here, a big change so I’m half I’m appealing to people. I’m loving creating them ☺️
