    T/N: The title is a couple of Japanese letters strung together. The song references a sort of face that you can draw just by using the Japanese letters. Look at this article to understand.

    Their furled eyebrows look tense: literally "the letter ハ between their eyebrows looks tense"; the furled eyebrows become the triangular shape of the letter.
    The smile in the corner of their eyes is "the ヘ letter shape", to show the angle of their eye.
    So they say, "If I could choose, I'd like to have the ヘ on my face".
    Then, at the end, it's "an expression of 4 ヘs", so they both have a happy face.
    I like the sound of this song! I guess the appeal of the lyrics is only understandable with the notes, but I hope this helps!
