Exactly. There are references to both 138 and 139. I’m not sure why people are saying Eren didn’t love her and the ending “changed” when this song has been around for 8 years since season 1. The final arc also has a lot of parallels to the Trost arc, when we hear this song.

I can't help but notice how little people actually noticed how tragic Levi's life is, most people just remember he is a badass and didn't pay much attention to his back story, lost his mother and almost died of starvation, his mentor who saved his ass and teaches him everything he need to survive, his 2 close friends which he considers his family, his entire squadron which is also family like to him, the guy who pulled him up from the slumber and sorrow feeling of losing those he care and gave him direction and one who he can truly trust, a comrade who had been with him since joining the survey corps, and he is going to lose Eren as well at this rate, Levi really went through a lot of shit to get here, Levi is being fucked by Isayama as much as Reiner, if not more
As a person Levi is extremely flawed. He was brought up with lessons of strength and independence, and as such, even though in most combat situations he's so strong that he's downright immortal, he constantly makes bad decisions that get people around him killed. His strength can protect him but not others. In the first expedition arc, Levi acknowledges that even if he has more experience than Eren, his decision might still be wrong, and in the end it was, and his whole squad died because of that decision.

The leak of Eren and Mikasa is the only spoiler I truly wish to be canon. It perfectly ends their relationship and character arcs so well. Mikasa's unconditional love for Eren becomes requited only if she answered differently when Eren confronted her. Eren was willing to sacrifice the world, he was willing to drop the rumbling and his fate just to live his remaining years in peace with Mikasa.
If Eren was indeed the one who showed Mikasa the Alternate reality which was when she confessed to him, then it answered a lot of plot points. Mikasa's regret and doubts during that confrontation scene and Eren who asked what he was to her, was not actually him confirming whether or not she was a slave, rather, he was searching for a final option...which was to run away with her.
They were both each other's home from the very beginning. It's bittersweet yet beautiful at the same time.
UPDATE: Recent leaked panels confirmed it. Guess we'll all cry in a corner huh.

Whenever I hear this song the first thing I remember is the episode where we cheered on Eren sealing the hole with a boulder and they got their first victory against Titans. I always get goosebumps on that episode no matter how many times I have watched it.
