Since you ride in the wet and cold a lot, can you do a gear video about how you layer, what you wear, what you take in your pack, strap to the bike, etc? Love the content!
Awesome dude. you inspired me to get a CRF a couple of years ago im 52 years old with a little trials experience as a youngster. now this scotsman lives in portugal and every sunday is funday with a great bunch of fantastic riders and then there's me billy big baws all the gear and no idea riding a 2023 ktm erzbergrodeo. i would like to state im comfortable being the new kid on the block for the one second i feel like jarvis, hee hee
“Always let people pass with race numbers” Giving solid advice & ripping trails at the same time, that’s so cool 🤘To answer your question, always a fan of chipotle flavored pistachios & a chicken salad sandwich before riding, never disappoints. Nice work out there, looked like a blast! 👊
As someone who only rides quads (because that's all I have access to) this looks like so much damn fun. Rain and mud are my favorite things to ride in, and I would love to do something like this. One year...
Bikes are so much more fun. I always bring both on ride days though. The group I ride with has bikes and quads. I get a few rips in on the bike and start to shift towards the quad later in the day as the beers start to accumulate. hahaha. Best of both worlds.
one thing i learned from mountainbiking: If it looks like nothing on gopro its proper steep if it looks steep on gopro then going down there is mental!
I used to race dirt track sidecars here in AU. My race "diet" was pretty bad. 2 bread rolls with whatever was in the fridge in them, a Mars bar (big one) and about 3 hard boiled eggs.
My old enduro tutor always told me that steep downhills were miles better than steep uphills. "One way or another, on the bike or off it you'll always get to the bottom. No guarantee you'll get to the top!" I always sat on the rear mudguard, locked the rear wheel an used one finger on the front brake. Did some scary stoppies. Too old for that sh*t now at 70.
Mud is fun 👍 I have two banana’s and drink water before I ride.another great riding video 👍.looks like you have fun when your riding.the best feeling when riding in the rain, mud, snow and the sun.keep the videos coming.👍👍👍👍
Any foods like bananas that are high in potassium. Reduces arm pump big time!! Contently throttling and feathering the clutch is rough when hard enduring like Graham Jarvis ;)
Love me some mud when I owned a dirtbike love it even more now with my ATV, I love your vids reminds me of when I was younger ripping bikes through the Forest with friends 🌳! Also eat fresh cut fries 🍟 when I ride
I love how you chat about whilst banging the throttle, bro.. It is an adventure, precisely. A few of us do it here in the Philippines, I do myself mostly --and grab some hot cup of native coffee by the woods when I could grab some moment through and or a quick photography shots. Ride safe my friend. Cheers!
Every time i went riding with my pals i always took a few nurishment protein shakes, and 2 BLT baguettes. That just does me perfectly. Awesome enduro content btw. Would love to see more on the channel
Nice day out! Getting me keen, first vinduro in NSW Australia just over 2 weeks away. I'll be riding a1980 pe175. I have to leave the 300rr at home that day. I enjoyed this vid with the uncut lap.
I’ve only been riding just over a year and nearing the age of 40 I’ve decided to do the 12hr 2 man team at the dawn to dusk, I think you and Ralph should enter 😜
absolutely awesome where exactly is this? could you put locations of all the spots you ride in the description? that would be amazing just so i can create a list as im new to enduro and looking for places to ride cheers again super awesome
Great video, keep up the awesome footage, WOR Events is awesome, Steve and his team use some brilliant venues, I think you should definitely enter some races 🏁
Loving the riding and the attitude 👍 we are some old farts that still think we are 21 😁 not out to race just enjoy and most importantly have a laff. Love the thought of buying land and turning in to an enduro park we've been looking ourselves but big cost and the hassle with planning etc is mind blowing 🤦♂️
I’m the same, if the planets align I’m going to retire and get my last house with land to try and have an enduro park attached. Sad, but not surprised to here about the planning side of things. What area are you looking? I’m thinking Wales or Northumberland with Northumberland slightly favourite. Would people travel that far north… I dunno. Hey, good luck with your plans buddy, fingers crossed for ya 🤞
Thinking the same thing, buying a large chunk of land specifically for enduro riding. When I win the lottery, that is. As time goes on, at some point there is no land left to legally ride on.
When riding the more extreme trails with lots of rocks and steps etc I always pack a chocolate bar for if you crash energy wise very helpful when you've got to lift the bike up the unrideable stuff.
Does every single person in the UK that rides own a van? You would never see this in NZ. You inspired me to buy a KTM 300 btw, best decision I've made.
So my foods for a race day usually goes. McDonald's in the morning, a mixture of cheetos, bananas and grapes during the day, then at night maby a cheeseburger and a ton of avocare rehydrate drink. Those 4hr enduro races are rough

One second is all you need 😎

I still love to ride in the mud 60 years in the saddle this year and I’ll never give up. Love your channel
That looks like a blast! I can't imagine not wearing goggles during that mess though 😂
Yeah it's tough when you don't have roll offs. My goggles were inch deep in mud
@@MidWestMX where is this mate looks epic would like to ride here. You should try tong near bradford
@@jonathancoy1607 this is just an event buddy. Only on a couple times a year. Check the WOR website for details

Fair play you rode that well mate

Best enduro TH-camr in North Europe

This bike has had the longest running in period ever, can’t wait to hear it rev out ………
Seriously great vid, keep doing what your doing
It probably hasn't been past 4000 rpm lol
Four strokes are awesome
Mud is fun 👍 I have two banana’s and drink water before I ride.another great riding video 👍.looks like you have fun when your riding.the best feeling when riding in the rain, mud, snow and the sun.keep the videos coming.👍👍👍👍
I bring turkey bites with me as a snack and like 4 water bottles. I usually eat mcdonald's or something heavy like meat before hand 🤘🏽
i agree mate mud just hits different

Awesome, that idea of all of us chipping in to own our own land 🔥
i love riding in mud
Every time i went riding with my pals i always took a few nurishment protein shakes, and 2 BLT baguettes. That just does me perfectly. Awesome enduro content btw. Would love to see more on the channel
To start, bacon, eggs, mushrooms and hashbrowns 😋 no idea what to eat when riding 😅 squashed, wet sanga doesn't do it for me haha!

“Into the darkness we go-the darkness is my friend…not that guys friend” 😂 gosh I can’t wait to move off this damn island and do trails!
That was the dopest island boys remix
Probably better than the original 🤣
@@MidWestMX definitely better than the original!
Love ur vids defo get some land could be a syndicate 🤘👍👊
Brilliant content mate I just wish you'd use that powerband
Man that looks like a great time. Even in the rain being from British Columbia Canada we're use to that here. Keep up the great work!!!!
I've been debating saving up for an enduro and watching your videos have made my mind up I'm getting a bike soon ASAP
Your videos are amazing bro. I love your style. I wish we had woods like this near me. Hope to catch you on the trails one brother 💪🤙

Love your clips and your comments , very entertaining!
Think most enduro riders relate to your rides
👍

That’s looks awesome. I live in south California and though there is. Rarely mid you can have a blast. These trails are crazy good job
I've just started riding that clutch controll needed is what i find hardest to get
Love watching your stuff, its nice seeing how you would never enter the power band to know hitting it ride. Honestly love watching your progression!!
You have to love a day out on the mountains with others
Do you guys ever have decent riding conditions???!!! Your best days are like my worst days ;) Keep the comedy rolling.
To answer your question i usually eat a breakfast meal about 1 hour before i ride, chug a redbull, and bring along two protein bars and water
I’m currently living for this channel
Doesnt matter what you do, as long as you enjoy it nd have fun! Thats all that matters!👌🏻
Such a cool person to watch ride !! I enjoy your videos man . Keep the throttle down
Bro thats my favorite kinda riding i only got a 110 apollo and its still hella fun, id love a 250 4 stroke but they expensive
I normally have a decent carb meal the evening before, protein shake in the morning and a banana just before I go out
And haribo is a must, you can’t beat a good old star mix
I’ve only been riding just over a year and nearing the age of 40 I’ve decided to do the 12hr 2 man team at the dawn to dusk, I think you and Ralph should enter 😜
Love the big group rides
absolutely awesome where exactly is this? could you put locations of all the spots you ride in the description? that would be amazing just so i can create a list as im new to enduro and looking for places to ride cheers again super awesome
It’s a WOR event so will be North Wales somewhere. Looks like Llandrillo, it will only be available to ride when there’s events on.

great humour its all about having fun. thanks for another great video
"Don't ride one handed" 🤣🤣 I say that to myself every time I'm on the bike!
FFS. You do surprise me massively with how you can do that. I'll have to witness it one day.
@@MidWestMX I do it very slowly and with lots of luck mate! 🤣
Good high protein breakfast and I'll do jerky cheese and peanuts while out.
Loads of fun! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the great videos man!! Try oats before riding. They will keep you full for longer!!
The thing with junk food is it digests quick so energy willspike then crash quickly so a slow digestive food needed to sustain energy levels.
Don't know why but love it when I see places I know on your videos only been to Wales 2 times so iam sure I been on the road at the start
Carbs before, sugar during, and fecal matter after
I take beef jerky, granola bars usually with me on rides. And some vitamin waters. Seems to do the trick to keep me from starving.
