To Josh and Haley and all you viewers, I wanted to give an update on my doggy. He had his surgery. He is healing very well and will have his stitches out next week. Meeting Josh and Hayley was a blessing!

Cool score on the coke bottle bank, I do pest control for a living, and was in a customers attic, and they had one in there attic old and dusty, I told them about it and they had no clue what I was talking about, so I brought it down and said it was probably the old owners , so they said throw it away, I asked if I could have it. They said by all means take it. I sold it on offer up for a hundred bucks .

No need to defend yourself on the gumball machine. You're a reseller at heart with a knack to innovate anything you touch. The interest of the better prizes will put more eyes on your booth, thus bringing in more sales. Also having the bins to find items for free or next to nothing keeps the flow of interest coming in. Awesome video as always.

Maybe you could save time for the cashier by instead of matching a ticket and ticket you could put a token in then go up to the front and they swap the token for a random toy out the box that the cashier can grab at random

Hi Josh, just a recommendation for redeeming the gumball numbers at checkout. Would it help to put the prizes in ziplock bags say 1-10 in one bag and 11-20 in another? That way the kind folks at the front counter are not having to search through 100 baggies trying to find number 82.

Great idea for the Gum Ball machine Josh, one thing though, as someone who has worked in retail for many yrs the last thing I'd be wanting to do is rummage through the whole bag looking for a particular number, especially if there was a que of customers.. What about the cashier just giving any item from the gumball bag, buyer still surprised at their purchase and no messing around for the cashier.
You could go ahead and put the tiny toys in the little containers and put them in the gumball machine along with the tickets. That would help offset the cost of the prizes for the ones you have more money in. Another thing you can do is order a bulk lot of temporary tattoos. My kids would completely wipe out any quarters i had to get as many of those tattoos as they could.

You could take a page out of Phoenix resales book. Take a restock day and you can only get prizes for the gumball machine that you can cover with profit from items on that shop. Or just count it as marketing. Because its an awesome fun thing for all

Just a thought - if you know who the dog surgery lady is, and you know that most of the stuff is lower value, why not do a special Whatnot auction of it all - recoop your investment and expenses, the profits go to the dog surgery? That way we can all chip in a little?

The Lego have to used. When you turned the box around, you could hear the blocks rolling from one side to side inide. The blocks is deliered in several small plastics bags and these wouldn't make much noise at all.
I suspect the lady selling the t-shirts for her dog's surgery was planning to lot up some of the lower-end t-shirts. I do pretty well on clothes (especially kids clothes) that I lot up in bundles - assuming I can get them for cheap. Also, I do still try to include mostly recognizable brands such as Nike, Under Armour, and Polo Ralph Lauren.
It's not a waste of time if it brings you and others joy! So much fun!!
That big brass tray is used in Turkey and Middle East It sits on a fold up wooden stand (a bit like your plant stand ) People sit on the floor on big cushions and eat from the communal dishes on the brass tray/ table top

This video made me break out in tears. Two and a half years ago our dog had to have the same surgery. Unfortunately the tumor grew back and caused him to have seizures and we couldn't let him suffer and had to let him go.
