I think they got married in France. In France they wait for five years after separation to file for divorce. It used to be like that here in Ireland (had wait for seven years) but thankfully it's changed its 3-9 months now.

A Prenuptial Agreement doesn’t insulate you from Child Support. There’s no guarantee it can insulate you from alimony if your income drastically increases during the marriage. 😏
Rich women should get pregnant through sperm banks to avoid custody wars and child support payouts. After all they suffer pregnacy, childbirth, postpartum, breastfeeding, sleepless nights, child rearing, et al. Isn't that enough?
