Great video, so glad to see you promote this line of Breedlove guitars! I have a Breedlove ECO Discovery S Concert Western Red Cedar-African Mahogany and it's a great guitar! More than a beginner guitar, I love keeping it out during my work day (I work remotely) for much needed music breaks. I also use it for writing songs as the small body size and shape makes it easy to scribble down music and lyric ideas without having to put it down. It's also a great guitar to bring on road trips since its not a ridiculously expensive guitar yet it feels like one in your hands. While I don't play out with it often, I have used it at song gatherings and other performance settings and it sounds solid through a sound system. Does it sound as good as my Furch Yellow Master's Choice Gc-CR, no, in fact I actually prefer the overall sound of my Walden G630CE over the Breedlove, BUT I still love it for the reasons listed above. Breedlove has done such a great job with their import guitars, they really play like a guitar twice or even three times the price! Oh and they are really beautiful guitars, the Edge burst finish looks incredible!
Excellent playing and bringing the character of both models. I’ve always liked Breedlove, don’t own one, but probably should as the sound fits great genre such as Eagles, Jimmy Buffet and pop music in general. Every time I pick one up at the box store it’s a pleasure playing even the entry model. Solid products for sure.
About to purchase my first guitar. Would you do a used Martin gpc special koa or this breedlove discovery s concert? The martin is $400, the breed love 280.
For used guitars you don't really get a guarantee on condition so I would probably learn to the Breedlove Discovery. Brand new you could also get a case, and accessories for the same price of the used Martin. It's a tough decision but I don't think you would be disappointed with either. As long as the Martin looks fine and has the tone you're looking for, that might be best for you!

Genuinely wondering why you think that. I’m not being a dick… to me it feels like beginner fingers might be too weak for solid notes, or just kinda cramped on the neck.

No demo with the electronics? The whole purpose of this guitar with electrons was made to be used for the electrons aswell.
