After that things have been changed drastically due to overpopulation of country as well as fucking 80 percent reservation criteria even after 75 years of independence, deliberately closing all possibilities to get a job in govt colleges consciously by govt, making no appropriate job is available for a net jrf+ PhD completed candidate especially he belongs to general caste, lower middle class,rural, male,science background...

I would like to make a correction on my own experience, IITs like IIT Madras prefers their own internal candidates from IIT than JRFs.
