I was very much against leaving Pakistan as a doctor but with the passage of time I am of the opinion that I can no more convince my children to stay here for their future.I can't argue with them.There are many bitter realities that You can't change this evironment like corruption ' injustice' pollution etc
In 2003 I came from Dubai as young teen, in over 20 I saw everything got rotten.
There are many things that u cant change:
World will be destroy one day.
Life is not for chill, but is a part of survival.
If Almighty Allah wrote trouble for u than u will face either in Pakistan or anywhere in the World.
If ur childrens have in luck for good survival than they must becomes successful, otherwise doesn't u living in West or in Pakistan.
There is a long list, which already written by the Univetsal Power and u cant change in it even a single (.).

I m working as a grade 19 doctor in a govt hospital.. i came back from England in 2005 to work here.. things were better then but now i m desperately waiting for my retirement in 2028 as i am unable to answer the questions of my two kids .. system is corrupt from top to toe here.. i am sending both of my kids abroad in next two years..
Sir 25 crore people can not leave Pakistan, only a few privileged can migrate .Ultimately we have to sort out our problems ourselves.😊

I left Pakistan back in 2003 and went back in 2006 hoping things would have become better, left again in 2009. Since then Im living abroad.
I miss my country, friends , that association with my "matti" but trust me, what's happening for the last 2 years is devastating and has completely changed my mind. I don't want myself or my children to come back and suffer the suffocation there ever. It's just so hopeless!
I have a genuine question, and I hope that you Won't mind. answering that. What do you think about the. spiritual condition of your coming generations

I migrated to Dubai from Pakistan back in 2017, I decided to live abroad for 05 years initially so when I reach Dubai in the beginning suffer alot here and now after hard working settled Alhamdullilah. I support my family well sending money regularly. I use to visit after 01 year but unfortunately whenever visiting Pakistan every year I discover Pakistan more worse than before injustice,corrupt, expensive, high inflation and unsafe 😢...now matter is not about money financial growth etc now matter is about safety, healthy life, future growth of my generations 🙏....I dont want to come Pakistan but i am trying my best to move Europe 🌍 I don't even want to buy property and investment in Pakistan! No hope😭 but Pakistan is in my heart 💖

It all depends on an individual 's situation. I came to Canada 32 years ago as a young person and it was purely for economic reasons. Now I am financially sound so I am ready to retire in Pakistan. There are plus and Minus in both sides. You definitely learn a lot and your approach becomes more logical.

With Islam as a religion, there is no permanent place for us in most other countries. An intelligent person realizes this soon after living in those countries. So, we have to ultimately focus on solving our problems.
BHAG from Pakistan !!!! I always thought if I made the right decision when I left 15 years ago. Looking back now I am so happy I made that decision. The country has turned into a Banana Republic. What is left other than wishful thinking & dreams. Dr Javed sb is an amazing & very positive person - he mentioned a ray of hope - with all due respect you can only have hope when you are at least headed in the right direction and we are headed for a disaster. There is not a single institution in this country that does not operate like a Mafia - there is No Rule of Law. The country is technically Bankrupt, if IMF were not to release the next installment. Not only we are financially corrupt but even worse morally corrupt. As a nation we have not even learnt to simply speak the Truth & be honest And we talk about Islam. We are a strange nation of hypocrites, we ask our oversees Pakistani's to send $$$ but then we call them cowards & unpatriotic. You can either close your eyes & live in an emotional bubble & be in Denial or accept the reality that the country has turned into a JOKE & we have NO FUTURE.

Since you left and made right decision years ago for your own and your family, did you facilitate anyone in your circle or friends or relatives to move abroad? If answer is yes then you did your job. But if nothing has happened in all these years, then probably you didn't play your part fully. And specially in these circumstances, its obligation of every oversees Pakistani to help people in their home country.

I myself have lived in Canada for more than two decades. But still I would prefer to live in Pakistan.
Rather this is how I feel that, there's no place in the world like our mother land.

I am in visa consultancy business for 19 years, Never saw such urgency and disillusionment while leaving Pakistan..90% youth sees no future of their career...people lost hope on rule of law, merit and chances of getting respectable well paid employment..

I was grade 19 officer. 2014 dharma changed my perspective about Pak. I was very disappointed with the new generation created. I am glad I made decision. It was totally Allah subhan watala who guided me and made me realise that make a Hijra. I migrated when I was 39 and now I am citizen of a different country. I have nothing against Pak but it has gone back to at least 50 years or more, in my opinion we are back to 1971. So whoever is in Pakistan I have prayers for u. I am not sure about Allah’s plan but looks like Pakistani people probably wont change. So good luck. Moving to a different country is now very hard.

I trained in the UK as a surgeon, then worked in Saudi and Dubai, and finally Canada, from where I retired 10 years ago. I visit Pakistan for extended periods, and frankly enjoy it very much here. I miss my family and friends here when I am away. There is a lot that is wrong here, no doubt. But what have you got "abroad"? The West? You are a stranger there among strange people. These two good doctors have not really been able to point out the flaws. Dil kion toota? Remember money is not everything, and here in Pakistan, money is in short supply and everyone is in a race to get it by any means. Let us serve the people of this country, the really poor and needy. Perhaps we may find some satisfaction there. We are really poor in morals, and that is what is dragging us down in the eyes of the world.

Money is not everything. however have you ever been to a Pakistani Government office like an ordinary person? can you get any thing done without bribe? ever dealt with Police? whole system is rotten. friends and family(extended family) will only love and respect you until you got money. every body is to get something after you(obviously there are exceptions). people in general are greedy in Pakistan. i moved abroad 17 years ago. every time i come back from Pakistan i miss my neighborhood, relatives and friends. Oh and have you ever been to a Hospital in Pakistan? only small number of wealthy people have privilege to get treated at fancy private hospitals...Rule of law is non existent. I made a wrong decision for not going to Australia when I had chance. Same reason as said that my parents didn't wanted to let their children go far. But I want to think about my children's future and I want them to study and graduate from world's prestigious university

Professional engineer here working in his field in Canada. For doctors, especially with foreign experience, it is gold anywhere . Until a year ago, I was planning to come back and set up an industry utilizing my experience and knowledge. There are tons of opportunities in Pakistan to be explored. But the insensitivity of the ruling elite is mind-boggling, and one can not see any planning to fix the issues. National interests that need to be at the top do not even make the list of priorities of powers to be.

I saw both of your Vlogs on this issue. I totally agree with Dr. Iftikhar (Sab). I tell you guys, one case: There are 34 Pakistani doctors in one renown hospital here in the US. It is not important that there are 34 pakistani doctors in one hospital, the important thing is that they are from One Badge of graduates from one of Pakistan's top medical schools. You can imagine how worse point we have reached to. Other than those 34 doctors, there are many more pakistani doctor's in same hospital. What about other thousands and thousands of hospitals here in America and Europe?

We are corrupt people. from root to the top. Govt or private doesn't matter we all are corrupt. I have faced this since my child hood. it has gotten worse that it's hard to breath now. I can list not one but a dozen incidences, you have to give Haram to earn halal. My question is, is that halal any more. Rishwat aur Dosakh ka kia rishta hai, Allah nay bata dia. It's written on the door of the Passport office, rishwat laynay wala aur denay wala doskhi hai. But people choose to go that way. I think this one example is good enough. I used to export leather bags, I left, every step you take. it's the same. Factory khol li hai, bus shamat aga hai.

ماشاءاللہ بہت خوب آپ لوگوں کی باتیں اپنی جگہ صحیح ہیں لکین میرا ایک سوال ہے آپ لوگوں سے چاہئے تو جواب دے نہیں تو نا دیے آپکی مرضی ہم لوگ ہمیشہ سے اپنے ملک میں جو تعلیم کا نظام ہے اس پر تو بہت شکوہ شکایات کرتے ہیں اور ملکی حالات بھی خراب ہیں لوگ غریب ہیں تعلیم بہت منگی ہے ان سب کے باوجود ہمارے ملک سے بڑی تعداد میں نوجوان ڈاکٹرز انجینئرز بن کر نکلتے ہیں لکین مجھے یہ سمجھ نہیں آری کہ مغربی ممالک میں تو تعلیم بلکل فری ہے ڈگری حاصل کرنے تکہ لکین اس کے باوجود بھی ان ممالک میں ہمیشہ ڈاکٹرز کی نرسیسز کی کمی رہتی ہے اس کی کیا وجہ ہے
