Pretty sure he says eyelet in violet and not eyelid, which makes more sense with the verse in violet. I actually just went back and looked at one of his shorts and the closed captions says eyelet. Just FYI

hey I know Im super late, but the word used in Violet was Eyelet, not Eyelid. "I keep small circle like eyelet", Eyelet being "a small round hole in leather or cloth for threading a lace, string, or rope through."

As someone born in Asia I do not strongly feel offended when people use the word "oriental" but i would be careful as the links to colonialism especially in India, china and other Asian countries may cause offense to some viewers

It is a Chinese instrument. Historically it is most commonly related to one of the core cultural parts of Chinese scholars. People were tested on their calligraphy, ability to play instruments commonly zither and finally knowledge of ancient texts (law, religious and philosophical texts). Women especially those of upper class families were taught zither from a young age to show their femininity.

7:05 I don't mind if artists make another kind of stupp, than their usual,if they also good at that unusual style. In my opinion you can't be a true artist/musician when you try out a new style, and you the artist don't realise you are good at it,ok at it,or shit at it.
I think it you can decide about your art is it good or not,do any style, what usual for you or what unusual for you. I support the courage and the daring on that, but if you don't realise it's not good, before you put it out, then you aren't a true artist, just to reflect to your monologue, and I am talking about every song and every artist.
I sometimes write poems for hobby, but if I feel it's shit,I don't publish it,either I do my usual style or try out something new style.
    Sorry for the long comment
