This song is so important to me. There was at some point where I was looking up the lyrics coming across 'as she smiles at me in the mirror' and that was when I realized that this wasn't a date with someone else, but yourself. It's hard to describe, but it felt like how I would imagine some sort of euphoria engulfing me. I literally felt 'so high'.
This Trilogy is kinda like the same with the Love Yourself Trilogy of BTS GFriend storyline gave two different endings in this Trilogy with the Mago MV and Glassbead Märchen In BTS, the storyline was also ended with two different endings with the Euphoria MV and Save Me Webtoon. So the storyline would kinda like continue but only with clues connected to the original story. Clues that may unfold some parts that has yet to be seen
My Mago Theory. This goes along with the Gfriendverse. 1. Sowon is trying to save the girls, not Eunha. In the Apple music video, it shows Eunha setting the butterflies go. The butterflies were the source of time travel for her, but she doesn’t want to try and save the girls anymore, she gives up. Also in the Apple music video, it shows the girls giving into the temptation by doing some sort of ritual thing by cutting each other’s hair, only Sowon’s hair is not cut because she is in the very back. This saves Sowon. This is also why we see her enter the tunnel in the first scene. She is planning on rescuing the girls. The tunnel might also be a form of time travel. 2. Umji trying to poison Sowon? Umji hands Sowon a red drink with a cherry, but Sowon realizes something and sets it to the side, she doesn’t drink it. 3. The ending. At the end, the girls look happy, running through the tunnel that Sowon came from. As I had said earlier, this might be a form of time travel. Sowon might be bringing the girls back to the past, possibly before Apple era began to try and save them. The same tunnel was also in the "Sunrise" music video. 4. Mirrors. If you are caught up with the Gfriendverse, you may know about how the girls each have powers. Yuju’s correlates to mirrors. In one of the music videos (I forgot which one) her good self gets trapped in a mirror, where her siren self comes out. So basically: the Yuju you see in a lot of the music videos, isn’t actually the real Yuju. The lyric, “Her smiling at me in the mirror.” stood out a lot. At first I thought it was like the real Yuju was trying to signal the others, but then looking at the entire music video, mirrors surround them EVERYWHERE. I think when the girls sing that lyric, they might mean themselves-or more so, their old selves. Perhaps they are now trapped in the mirrors along with Yuju? Maybe Siren Yuju was the one who did this? 5. Mago meaning. Mago means magician, sorcerer or wizard, which fits quite perfectly as it seems like the girls are in a trance. Mago also means conjuring, which is calling upon a spirit or ghost to appear through a ritual. 6. "6960 Magic.” meaning. Meaning 1- The Witch’s Broom Nebula. This was light from an exploding supernova or exploding star. Which, Eunha’s name means galaxy. Perhaps a connection? Meaning 2- Perhaps my favorite meaning because it correlates with a lot of the story. 6960 is an angel. Angel 6 represents the symbol of balance and creativity. Since the number 6 appears twice, that means its energy is stronger. Angel 9 represents the symbols of compassion and leadership, usually associated with the achievement of a greater purpose in life. Angel 9 tries sending us the message that we should focus on developing ourselves spiritually rather than focusing on material possessions. WHICH, *if you look at Apple’s teaser photos and comeback stage on Mcountdown, you will see a scale.* That scale shows something on one side that will help themselves and their friends, and on the other side it is just a normal possession. The normal possession, however, weighs more than the actually helpful one. Angel 69 represents the end of the old days and the start of a new chapter, which as we can see, Apple is the start of a new them. 7. Witch connections. As said before about The Witch’s Broom Nebula, there is also a huge connection to witches in one of the lyrics. “I’ll fly away on a broom.” As well as the lyric, "In the blessed flame I fly reborn.” like the night where they set fires to keep witches away. 8. Other lyrics. “The blossoming night begins.” - These lyrics reminded me a lot of Apple and the big connection to flowers. “Write it down just for me. The first page yeah.” - A certain member had a diary they wrote in, I think it was Sowon?? The first page could also mean a new beginning. “No more fairy tale.” Along with Gfriend’s album Labyrinth, the girls also released a “Märchen” (folk tale) book, and the story almost seemed like a fairy tale gone wrong. “I am the light and the darkness. Lies or truth I can be both.” These lyrics just scream suspicious to me. “Flames blossom, moonlight shimmers.” Again, yet another connection to Apple. Blossoms/flowers heavily correlate to Apple as well as the tree that was set on fire that SinB danced in front of. Moonlight shimmers can represent when they gave in to temptation, it was night time when they did so. This can also represent SinB being the flames blossom and Yuju as moonlight shimmers, since it was said SinB was fire and Yuju was ice on one theory I had seen before. “In the blessed flame I fly reborn.” Maybe the tree set on fire (maybe by SinB) is another factor to them being “reborn.”

When I first saw the music video, I was unsure if I liked the track. But after listening to it again and reading the articles with the girls describing the track and music video it made a lot more sense to me. I like that it's different and not overly catchy for once. I mean catchy songs are great as well, but sometimes it's just repeated too much with other artists and the sound of it gets old or annoying lol I really like the whole album it sounds really nice and I like the concept and storyline behind it. And it still has to do with their growth as a group and as individuals. I like to see the growth of artists; it’s just so cool to actually see them improve and learn new things. I know you'll explain all the other details about the music video :) These are things I noticed when I watched the “MAGO” mv. The tunnel at the beginning and end of the music video. I felt a familiar feeling with the tunnel in “MAGO.” BTS has tunnels in their concept/storyline too. You know in BTS's "Run" mv and their MMA 2019 performance VCR (at the very beginning). The tunnel is also shown in the BTS MAMA 2019 Live Performance. I think TXT has that too, with the time-traveling which looked like a tunnel and trains go through tunnels, or TXT riding their bikes through a tunnel in the “Drama” mv. @@AwakeningWings Not exactly. The term Warlock means oath breaker and its not a nice term, but some male witches do use it, it actually depends on the person. Also, the term witch is gender neutral. So, as far as i know, most male witches i've seen use witch instead of warlock

Oh wow their Album has to do with the Walpurgis night? That is a tradition we have in Sweden where I'm from! We call it Majbrasor (Maybonfires), And many people come togheter to celibrate Valborg.
I'm also Swedish. I've never celebrated Walpurgis Night or as we call it "Valborgsmässoafton" though. Wakpurgis Night is a European Christian celebration, so that's why many Swedes celebrate it
