Please help me, i changed the Ba lamp without opening the window of lamp positionand the power off, now i cant conect it becouse of ERROR TURRET LAMP MOTOR ORIGIN
@@NicoleKarn i already did that , also i delete all the lamps and took it off from the torret, and then start all over from the begining charging one lamp at the time but when i was in the four lamp the error show uo again..... Already asked shimadzu for a maintainance 😭💵

Try turning the instrument off and back on if you haven't already. If that doesn't work you need to contact Shimadzu.
