I love stopmotion animation like this so creative! I can relate to how hard it is I do stopmotion (of corse not as good as this) but it takes me 3 hours to make 3 seconds of animation. So much respect for you guys right now

Very lovely animation! However, a couple things really hinder it:
- The main issue is that the pacing is too slow. The long fade-to-black transitions slow it down way too much. When he's thinking and trying different things, I'd do jump cuts and show certain scenes for shorter amounts of time. Maybe do crossfades like near the ending, but the long fade-to-black transitions made me want to skip ahead in the video.
- Although not having music during it (and only the beginning/end) might be a stylistic choice (which I can respect), it doesn't fit well with the slow pace. If you have good music throughtout and a slow pace, that can work well, or have a faster cut video with or without music, both should work well.
- The ending is very lack luster. Again, it would flow so much better if cut faster so the audience would be surprised and think "Oh he faked dying to catch the mouse!" and as soon as they have time to register that thought, the music comes in showing him packing the mouse then cut to him raising his eye brows at the camera like "You like that shit? Gotty!"
