One of my crowning achievements on POT was taking out the longneck (forgot it's name) as a solo Sarco. He was chilling in the water feeling invincible, those were my waters.

Many people mistaking this game are somewhat similar to the isle and expected they Will have the same experience playing this game, which is ended up leaving them with their diasappointment. I gotta make this clear, PoT are MMO(RPG) dinosaur game, unlike the isle that focus on their Survival horror dinosaur game genre. You literally Can not survive alone in this game. You need group to safeguard your ass while you doing quest to make a little bit of progress out of a time for your growth. Often Times, i heard many people complain about mixpacker within carnies or worse mixpackers carnies with herbies. This mindset need to be put down if you playing on official servers or community servers that allowed KOS. Afterall this game built for mixpacking. PoT meta groups are now consist of 3 main roles 1. Tanks (this role consist of apexes that has high damage output, High sustainability, but slow) tanks Will provide group's harrasers and scouts protection if they low on health and need recovery 2. Harrasers (this is the main strike force of the group consists of mid tier Dino that has status effect attacks, Such as bleeds, venom, and Bone break) their job is to weaken the opponent health and stams by stacking bleed, venom, or Bone break to them. 3. Scouts (this role consists of low tier Speedy Dino that has a lot of stams) their job is to find target, engage in combat if necessary, chase the fleeing opponent, and harrass them while they trying to recover their health or stams so they can't recover while waiting other group member to arrive. So yeah, basically this is what most group of PoT in official servers consist of, you can not play solo and live to tell a tale if you already being hunted by a group on PoT. Please play with your friend, or join group. Avoid playing alone in this game. This game is not built for solo Players, unless you have enough experience dealing with situation like, being hunted by the groups.

I’ve only ever played without a group, it’s not that hard, you just need to run double defence a vast majority of the time, guys like, theri, Deino, sarco, Meg, sucho, etc are all good choices for solo
I think what irritates people coming over from the Isle is how safe running away when you're in the safety of a pack can feel in this game. Compared to the Isle, I have seen people tank hits that would've killed 3 players their size in the Isle, run to a bush while supported by their friends, and log onto a separate creature to jump in and attack the solo player on a fresh spawn. Bleed is also a lot weaker so it can't be relied upon to finish anyone off, and it makes fighting against a group a much more difficult task. If you don't believe me, watch OwlTime play Isle solo then watch him play PoT solo. It's definitely harder to solo in this game and for people who don't have many friends, this is a problem for them as it naturally means that solos will struggle a lot more. They could honestly do with making soloing more viable, especially on the medium size creatures.
@@Gabezo16 if you play at official servers and a solo Player, you can only grow low tier Speedy dinos, like struthi, nychus, laten, and campto relatively easy. Because the amount of mixpack at officials servers is beyond insanity, and every quest location is mostly camped by bloodthirsty group of mixpacker making you wasting your time travelling between places without any progress on your growth.

The largest crocodile to be recorded was lolong, who was 20ft long. However inorder to record the length of a crocodile you need to actually capture it. The deino is one of my mains - love to play it and munch on some folks - although I am not afraid of cannibalism… sometimes it needs to be done. Enjoyed watching ya again! Seems like you really have fun with it, which is not what I see a lot these days from most TH-camrs.

Fun fact,large Deinosuchus Hatcheri individuals could get 15 tonnes,but a normal individual would would 10 tonnes on average so Deinosuchus would be pretty large,larger then a Tyrannosaurus,Giganotosaurus or Carcharodontosaurus could get.
Yea true, and purrusaurus is estimated to be even heavier than deinosuchus, that's terrifying as well, but overall current estimations put the two very close to each other where sarco is no longer up as one of the biggest, but these guys passes the weight of t rex by more than a ton, which is crazy.
Those size estimates were made using reconstructions with proportions similar to a cuban crocodile which are considered to be inaccurate the largest deinosuchus we know of could get to 10 metres and weigh about 4 to 5 tons

The deinoauchus is better designed than sarco in my eyes. Ofc its really strong, maybe too strong, but breaking Bones and immobilize Things is way more fitting, because its more punishing. As a sarco, you cant kill any apexes unless they cross or only have half a braincell left to leave as soon as they get Low in HP. Deino Just does better at what sarco should be doing
Yeah I feel like bone break is way more useful than bleed in this game tbh. Bleed is nice but it's nowhere near as strong as in the Isle where you can land a couple hits and then just trail your target until they die of blood loss.
