Nice to see you had a video up Tosh always enjoy your videos with Cooper such a good looking well trained dog he is , Nasty weather you came into camp with looked cold and icy , love the tent .👍 Meals looked so tasty the chili was fit for a cold winter's night It was nice that Rob was able to come out and join Cooper and yourself . Until the next video be safe take care .
Awesome video Tosh, and some great looking meals. Keep bringing the footage!! I’m finally getting into winter camping, and I gotta say the lack of mosquitoes and flies are a welcome thing.
You two are crazy. I wintered camped once and I don't even understand why people do it. You work all day collecting firewood cooking and freezing. Makes no sense. Your food looks absolutely delicious though. I enjoy watching you out there just glad it's not me. Stay safe 💕
Good to see you back on a winter adventure. I wonder if the wolves had made a kill so that is why you heard so much howling in the same general area? Looking forward to more trips.
Super video as always! Breakfast made me hungry. I love Cooper. We have a Cooper too, but he is a yellow lab. Hands down your Cooper is a well trained dog - my Cooper has a long way to go yet. Lovin’ your videos. Can’t wait to see what your adventures bring us this year.
Damn man, we are absolutely loving everything about this video, the drone shots, the old school snow shoes and the simplicity of it all. Excellent editing and video once again. Keep the adventures coming. Ps. We will have to get some stickers made up to add to the top of your playing card table, hahaha.
Good times Tosh! This had a very familiar feel to it due in part to my having the same tent. I like the way you mixed in static shots, drone footage and live action, resulting in an overall cinematic feel. I definitely heard those wolfs, it brought back memories to a trip of mine a couple of years ago & I had a similar challenge trying to capture the sounds. If we ever have the chance to get out again I'll work with you on the night sky photos; with all the great opportunities you have it's a shame not to bring back some images that reflect the stunning skies up north! Cheers bud, Ron.
@@toshselfpropelled kind of wishing I’d bought that one for the extra space, but went with the 8X8 solo since most of the time it’s just me and my dog in it.
How was it with two people? If regularly had two people for 5-10 days would you have gotten the 11.5x11.5 ? I’ve got one pack mule so can probably swing the weight but still considerate.
Trips like that are so much more enjoyable when you have tasty food, great gear and good friends
And Cooper!
Couldn't agree more!
Nice video b'ys.
Thank you

Thanks for the video Tosh. I thought you might be doing some ice fishing. Keep them videos coming. 👁🦉👁
I didn’t pack along the ice fishing gear on this trip. Maybe next time.
Two handed Euchre!?! Sounds like you need two more out there for a right good time!
It works!! Something we started playing many years ago.

It has its challenges but it’s pretty beautiful at the same time.
@@toshselfpropelled it's definitely beautiful just glad you are there to take me with you virtually
Awesome video! Enjoyed immensely. Cheers from a fellow outdoor lover/youtuber from a village of Fiskars, Finland!
(Btw beautiful music choices.)
Thanks so much.
Awesome video my friend ‼️
Winter Camping is Awesome 👍🏻
Thank you for sharing, take care, Stay Strong
Be LIMITLESS 👍🏻🇺🇸
Cheers. Thank you.
Awesome video you two! If I was in the same province, I would have crashed the party. Good to see you taking it easy on the butter LOL
You're welcome to join us anytime. Just make sure to bring some butter.

We talked about that off camera. That was my guess too. Thanks for coming along.
Hi, for me a timely video. I'm looking at getting the smallest Crew and after watching your vid I'm seriously looking at the High Country. Thanks 👍
Thanks you. I’m really happy with the tent. It’s a palace for just Cooper and I but still very comfortable with another person along.

Where have you been!! Glad to see a new video up! ❤ I need one of those Tshirts! The Self Propelled one! Do you have merch we can order?
Working on some merch. I’ve tried a couple different suppliers but I’m not happy with the quality.
@@toshselfpropelled Bella Canvas tshirts are nice! Not sure on the prices. But they are so soft!

When wolves do a lot of yapping and loud Howells usually it means they've had a kill
You could be right. I thought the same thing.
Nice vid! How far do you usually trek in with the hot tent? Cheers!
Depends on the trip I guess. I haven’t gone to far yet but longer trips are planned in the future.
What kind of sleeping bag do you use in these temperatures?
I have a -30 Talon from MEC.
Hey Tosh is that the 9.5x9.5 High Country tent?
Yes it is. I’m pretty happy with it.
