    1) Mess around with : to waste time or handle something in a careless or unproductive way
    2) Take up : To start doing something especially as a habit or hobby
    3) Give in to : To yield or surrender to something , often a temptation or pressure
    4) Mess up : to make a mistake or do something wrong
    5) Cut out : to stop doing or consuming something
    6) Give up : to stop doing something
    7) Stick to : to continue doing something without changing or quitting
    8) Turn to : to rely on something as a way to feel better
    9) Fall back into: to return to previous behavior, especially a bad habit
    10) Go back to : to resume doing something you had stopped
