All my cholesterol numbers went down and my AC1 went from 5.9-5.7 to 4.9. I've dropped 60 lbs recently. Overall 100 lbs. I eat a burrito bowl, instead of a corn burrito and get double meat. I take the burrito bowl and split it into 2 meals, because there's enough food there for 2 meals. I used to eat candy and I no longer eat candy or sugary drinks. I stay away from processed foods or pasta. For some reason, I gained weight on pasta or cheap processed foods.
Ken, you are wasting your time buying the green 1LB propane tanks. You can get a MrBuddy hose adapter that lets you connect the heater to a regular refillable propane tank. A couple 5LB tanks or a 10LB will pack pretty small and be a much better solution and let you run the heater way longer.
That looks a lot more comfortable for you to stealth camping. You’re able to stand up and not bang your head off the roof when you’re just sitting there.
Ken, I love watching your videos! I look forward to them. I think this is the first time I have ever complained. Can you PLEASE buy some cheap zip ties and clean up the routing of all the wires in this van? I know it is time consuming, but the results are worth the effort! Also buy yourself some flush cut clippers for the zip tie ends. I know your van is still a work in progress, but all those wires would drive me insane if I was in there LOL! Keep up the great work!
Hey Ken, I just wanted to ask if you have a carbon monoxide detector in your van, especially using those portable gas tanks. I’m sure the Mrs. is a believer in the motto ‘better be safe than sorry’.
Scallops wrapped in bacon is one of my favorites. Great choice. I would love to see you come back for the prime rib dinner with all the stuff included.
Sauces you can have on carnivore is: mustard (just not sweet mustards), cider vinegar/wine vinegar, olive oil(and other oils), most bottled hot sauces, most salsas, soysauce/tamari, mayonnaise ( brands high in mono) and lastly you can have sugar free salad dressings (also high in mono)
don’t forget to push out the marrow at home get or cook bigger steaks 🥩 or just burger patties , bacon 🥓 leftovers good cut up cold especially on salads the steak that is take bacon crumble up on salads with deviled eggs, my grandmother took a potato peeler shaved carrots 🥕
That steak looked delicious. For me it’s usually eye fillet, or porterhouse. Also I like minute steaks some nights where I added some steak salt and pepper. Camp steak I call it lol.
Why are you all of a sudden camping in vans? I’m not really sure why your channel has gone toward camping in the cold in vehicles not really equipped…????

OMGosh! I’m going to toss my cookies!! 🤮 There is no way that I could eat raw meat. And I know that the majority says differently, but to me that is raw meat and I wouldn’t touch it with a 10 foot pole. Medium-well for me. Thank you very much. I have been to The Keg on numerous occasions and I’ve never had a bad meal there ever. Including my steak or prime rib or whatever I happen to order.

It funny you should ask. My husband and myself we in a nice eatery. Thank the lord it wasn’t one of the nicer places and at the time we were early and it wasn’t as busy. He was having about a 200.00 plus bone in ribeye. As I look up from across the table he is eaten the hell out of it like a cave man. My mouth dropped and he said if I payed for it I’m going to enjoy it as if it’s the only one he has ever eat. Lmao. That’s my husband!!
Poor Moosie! I was really enjoying it he steak, i love rare too. But some restaurants get it to raw or too well done. My Grandpa always said that all the minerals get cooked out if you get past medium rare. Did Moosie get some of the diesel additive in the gas tank, otherwise it turns to jello when it's very cold. A filter for your buddy heater might help, gas has tiny dirt particles in it that will clog the small valves and lines.
If you have meat on the bone you are allowed to pick up the bone and eat the remaining meat of it.

I drank Gin Martinis when I was on Carnivore for a year ( once a week or so) and it didn’t hurt my 50 lbs weight loss at all to 175.
When ken loves a meal, you can definitely tell. He complements the entire meal the whole time 😂. Made me want steak and shrimp!

Surely the oil filled radiator only draws high current while it heats up from cold. It then only needs to maintain temp which should be lower draw?
