Here's 12 in the last 25 years without really breaking a sweat... Jalen, Trae (trade is a different discussion but a home run PICK at 5), Huerter, Collins, Schroder, Mike Scott, Muscala, Teague, Horford, Smoove, Diaw, Jason Terry
understand the sentiment but he was the 21st pick and played in the league for a decade-plus, won MIP in this third season hawks did misuse him badly but talent bet was correct
Brad, I saw reported from David Locke of Locked On Jazz that the rules the NBA installed during all-star break last year on calling fouls on drives is set again for this season. Maybe you can crunch some numbers & see how our team was affected by the rule change last year to report how you expect it to hurt/help us this upcoming season for an episode idea.
I have looked at this a little but probably will do more. It's quite hard to break out the data on the Hawks, though, simply because Trae was hurt. The Hawks were in the top 5 of the NBA in free throw attempts before the All-Star break but Trae is BY FAR the biggest driver of that. And then he was hurt when the entire league's free throw rate dropped due to the rules. So it's hard to decipher given that massive variable.
Hope Hawks look into availability of Levert and Okoro.! A 2nd ball handler/creator and a D wing would really help!
FWIW Okoro can't be traded until at least January 15.
@@LockedOnHawks Trade deadline for both!!!!!!
Big year for Trae and Quin!!!
Can’t wait to talk about a trade exception that will expire like the leftover vegetable in the back of your fridge.
Episode on Quinn . I would like to hear your take and a guest's take on his performance. Obviously, he is not all that he was touted to be.
Thanks .
Hunter is Marvin 2.0
The better question is name 10 good/great hawks picks in the last 25 years

(I understand I am a sicko. I already thought of a couple more than I'd argue were pretty good picks at their slots)
@@LockedOnHawks I would leave diaw out, he didn't break out until pop got a hold of him

Really there's no shortage of busts for the hawks, unfortunately
Jalen Brunson came three picks after Spellman 🙈
Priest Lauderdale! Major bust. And acie law
Sheldon Williams followed by Josh Childress
