      he's still on large amounts of testosterone and probably SARMS, but of course he leaves that part out, implying that he's natural. People who aren't on large amounts of exogenous androgens will not have the same results as him.

      Trt is the way to go. Put my dad on a relatively generous dose, 175mg week, and he is stronger, leaner, and more energetic than he was at 67, 10 years ago. That is with TRT and just an active lifestyle in the garden, no actual training.
      Training is good, training with generous TRT is better. If you could only choose one, at your age, choose TRT, it has a larger impact. Without the hormonal support, it is very hard to get results.

    Being natural you will not be able to gain this much muscle in a year but if you watch previous videos you can definitely use the information being provided to build more muscle. Depending on training and nutrition the more you optimise both, the more muscle you will gain. Getting your daily protein, carbs and fat plus the timing of your nutrition will help immensely accompanied with optimal rep ranges and weight helps a lot too. Of course gear and peptides are amazing but aren’t feasible for everyone and tbh it’s harder and more worth it being natural.

    • @cpt_cooper
      @cpt_cooper 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +8

      I was about to say he forgot to say he's also on TRT. I wouldn't necessarily call TRT "gear" as it is prescribed by doctors to men with insufficient testosterone levels, however it does definitely give you a boost

      @@cpt_cooper Just TRT you think?

    • @idreesismaill
      @idreesismaill 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      Based on my knowledge TRT is a grey area term played around with especially in USA. Most people who are on TRT have played around with PED’s in the past and tanked their natural testosterone. The people that have tanked their testosterone take TRT at a level that will bring their testosterone to a level much than some at the same age with natural testosterone. Peptides are also grey area as it’s something you are taking exogenously. Everything has a medical basis but is it necessary in day to day life? No. But that’s a life choice. In my opinion if someone can take testosterone to change gender then why can’t you to optimise health and happiness?

Vigorous steve is using it as a natty and it seems like it should be the first thing people try, but at 50 would have to make sure your test levels good too. It does make you have to pay attention to eating as blood sugars can get a little low if you don't and it's not expensive since you don't need much. As little as 100 mcg shot bilaterally seems to help. Think Steve using 250 to 500. 500 would get expensive.

      @sonicnendez You have to be wealthy to be able to afford peptides though a clinic. Most sites selling them are ridiculously priced also.
      What Ryan doesn't mention is, igf-1 has an extremely short period to work. Basically, you have to have it on hand at the gym with you and inject it within 15 minutes of you finishing your training. You inject it into the muscle you just trained.
      igf-1 lr3 is the version you want to get. It works longer in the muscle.

      You can't anymore. FDA banned them from actual compound pharmacies to make them. So now more people are at risk. This guy buys them off peptidescience. I can definitely say I get more growth out of high volume to failure (20 to 30 reps range) + partials at the end to really get failure.
    When I do progressive overload 10-12 reps I get pump but growth is much slower as fatigue and lack of power comes sooner than the lactic burn and satisfying pain 😅
    Sometimes I would combine progressive overload + some lower weight sets at the end, it’s still not similar.

    When’s that IGF-1 video coming out?? A few years ago I tried lab testing my igf1 4hours after pinning 6iu’s of serostim. First time: eating 1/2lb ground beef & 1cup brown rice 2hrs after pinning got 505 ng/dl Second time: same food portions, test times & eat time with the addition of 16oz organic wholemilk testing at 570 ng/dl. Why milk? because that’s what babies drink to double in size within 3-4 months after birth. Third time same food & milk at 9ius but only got 684 so there are some diminishing returns when upping the dose 50% only increasing igf1 by 20%. Just thought I’d share because this is an interesting topic with hardly any videos online about it. I’ll be looking out for your igf video….love your videos bro! Keep going 😎👍

I replaced most of the vegetables I used to eat with potatoes and rice. My entire life I've eaten a low carb diet. Since my dietary change, I've gained 20 lbs, without adding much body fat. I suspected the carb change was responsible, but it's good to see the science behind what I stumbled onto.
