This is my 3 weeks of self training how to learn speak in english and I admired you watched on utube by listening ur accent how you going to spoke, composed the words or manipulated the sentence.It would be hard for me to learn where I am now because people around me they didn't spoke in English. That's why I would like to thank you this kind of learning show it is one those of helping me so much to learn.

I have also given my test recently I’m still hoping for the best I would like to share the questions that were asked from me before I forget any of one of them. It was a virtual interview so in this interview basically there were 15 questions in total and approximate time it could take you to answer the whole interview 48 minutes. It was the interview that was tech-support advisor and customer service representative role and I got 15 questions. I’ll write all those 15 questions they are as follows-:
- [ ] This will require you to have intensive training for 90 days and without any leave are you willing to work and get training for those 90 days without any interruptions or are you having any vacation plans doctors appointment or marriages coming in the future?
- [ ] This role may require you to work midnight or AM. Are you available for that time slot?
- [ ] Are you currently studying or are you going to attend the school or have some license or exams in the near future as well tell us about any kind of future commitments?
- [ ] Tell me an instance when you helped a customer with some alternative product different from the product he was asking for?
- [ ] Tell me about the instance when you have to different applications and windows at the very same time how you did that?
- [ ] If there is an issue with the Internet connection or the Internet is low, how are you going to deal with that?
- [ ] If your printer is not printing the document you wanted to print how are you going to deal with the printer?
- [ ] There are two type of Internet connect connections Ethernet and Wi-Fi do you know about both of them explain how ethernet and Wi-Fi are different ?
- [ ] Tell us an instance when you have built a positive relationship with the Customer
- [ ] There are instances when we have to deal with irritated and agitated customers tell me instance how you dealt with irritated and agitated customers.
- [ ] What are your salary expectations? Our salary is ……….Per hour are you willing to pay? And are you comfortable with this pay?
- [ ] Explain an incident when you have to troubleshoot a device. How did you do it?
- [ ] Do you have experience working with iOS or similar technology? How did you troubleshoot when there is a problem?
- [ ] This position requires you to attend calls back to back. Are you comfortable in attending the calls?
- [ ] Why are you leaving your current job and also share your experience with your current job or the last job?
