I completely forgot 11 + 16! Here are my answers: 11. What can brown, Jazz love japan, Jazz bums 16. My video on London Shops + WCB's BN Classic Vinyl Series 23/24 list!
Great video. Fantastic records shown and appreciate your explanation why you prefer the 60s decade. The Queen is Dead is my favourite Smith's album for sure. All the songs on there are like hits. Great picks for dinner guests too. Happy 2024!
Wow, I didn't know there was a Reckless Records in the UK! I featured one Reckless Records location (downtown Chicago) on my tag video. I'll check it out next time as I won't be doing London in 2024, gonna be in Dublin instead, to shop for album stock (I'm a US-only eBay seller). - Red
Nice tag! I particularly like how you say where you picked up some of your purchases. I'm familiar with most of the shops you mention. Tasty Records will be on my itinerary next time I'm in Manchester. Glad I'm not the only one that got wistful and slightly distracted contemplating having Kate Bush as a dinner party guest. 😍
Some nice choices here, Sol. I picked up those Fairports (first and second presses) last year. I also got the first stereo pressing of 'What We Did on Our Holidays' near mint. Blows away the 80s reissue. Great to see some Japanese music too. I was out in Japan last summer and got a stack of jazz. Like many westerners, I'm largely ignorant about their music. This is a wrong I'm determined to right!

Nice one Sol.😊
Nice
Great stuff Sol. I was in the shop today ( Sunday). I picked 3 albums in the sale.

Great video. I really must come and visit the shop sometime soon. I’m only up the road in Chorlton, so no excuse 😅
Please do! See you soon!

It was the alt cover of Kate Bush that pushed me over the edge to buy it!

I'd love a first press of that too! The Hifi Set LP is a real gem even if it does straddle adult contemporary !
Whole Of the Moon 7 inch is great 👍. Would like to have one.
It was a cheap find! I'm sure you'll pick one up
We’ve just lost Del Palmer, Kate Bush’s one time partner and long time bassist on her albums. 😢
You look like Sgt Pepper’s era John Lennon
Big complement for me haha! My favourite era of his, thanks
