I’ve worked in concrete for 10 years, always struggled with having bad bosses that never cared about my loyalty. One of the best concrete tradesman I know just started his own business again at 60 years old and and hired me straight away to teach me everything before he retires officially, looks out for me the same way you look out for Eric, and is pushing me into the direction of me starting my own business one day. You really are an incredible boss/ mentor that values hard work and loyalty.
Take care of this man, make sure he is ok outside of work. He is showing you REAL LOVE. Alot of people will take advantage of you. VERY few will actually take care of you.

Hey Victory Outdoor Services tip for power washing paver and driveway is to use a turbo nozzle on paver and surface cleaner on drive way it works greate and is faster
The sprayer might have a very fine mesh filter in the nozzle and may clog up with the colour medium. Really enjoy watching your videos, hope you had a great birthday!. 🇦🇺
Those tips clog up with the tiniest of particles ,there isnt a filter in them probably should be somewhere to catch the trash before it gets to the spray tip !

Well, "Bappy Hirthday!", a touch belated, lol mine was on the 12... I understand the learning curve... I used to use a big paint or mud mixer on a drill motor, to get those mixed, took a while sometimes, but worked well. Because those undissolved solids plug the nozzle, & you'll fight it all the way... Hope your weekend included a bit of relaxing too... Thanx !

This video format is so helpful for people just entering the blue collar work force and it shows them what to expect while teaching them small fundamentals that are useful in multiple trades. Showing a POV of what your everyday looks like as a boss has been super beneficial to me teaching me things like, how not every problem has a specific solution and sometimes you just need to figure out how to get it done, small tips and tricks of the trade that allow me to be more confident entering the force, to always be open to new techniques and ways to get things done, and how to just put your head down and grind the job out. I think the sprayer may have failed because he didn’t mix it well enough. Big red flag went up for me when he just poured all the chunks at the bottom of the bucket right in the sprayer :/ he shoulda tried using a drill with a mixer attachment at least instead of doing it the old fashioned way. Would have gotten a much more even mix that way.
Working on his own business and with Ryan is perhaps catching up to him. I think this might be his last year with Ryan with all the work he has been getting
13:52 Declawing cats is actually very cruel. The toes are cut below the first knuckle so the cat is left with amputated stubs for "fingers". It affects their sense of self worth and is painful for weeks until the stubs fully heal. Declawing is banned in the European Union. I wish it was felony animal cruelty in this country.

Everytime I drink a soda I think of how when a car battery is corroded at the terminals u can eat the corrosion off with any dark colored soda. Brings it back to life. This reminds me of the pvc fittings.. going to the store to get 1 or 2.. hope they have what you want. With the sprayers, find the best one, order a bunch, put them on the shelf. The amount of time, money, frustration saved by having what you need when you need it is invaluable.

Ryan try using a paint mixer for your color stain. Just use your power drill, it will suspend the particles much better than stirring it with a stick.
I wanted to comment the same exact thing. I think his issue came from mixing with a stick like in the stone age 🙂

This reminds me of the pvc fittings.. going to the store to get 1 or 2.. hope they have what you want. With the sprayers, find the best one, order a bunch, put them on the shelf. The amount of time, money, frustration saved by having what you need when you need it is invaluable.
