(items will be important later and by items I mean the power up’s such as, rich cat, sniper cat, speed up, etc.) There is gonna be a free 1k cat food coming tomorrow or Monday for the anniversary event so make sure to complete EoC (empire of cats - chapter 1) I’m gonna stop writing here cuz I feel like some battle cats veteran is gonna write an essay on what you need to do (also please read replies in comments like this since there’s more people talking about this that could a help a little) edit: thx to replies that mentioned superfest, I will edit this message now to make it easier and a few other things

The anniversary event is coming soon, and you can get SOOO much great rewards. You can get a platinum ticket, which will give you a guaranteed Uber super rare, and a legend ticked, which gives you a 95% chance at an Uber and a 5% chance at a legend rare. A 5% chance is HUGE compared to a 0.3% chance in regular rolls
Bijuu, you better use the brainwashed cats! they are 10x more stronger than their original versions, the bird cat one was the one that did the little wave attacks.

Focus on upgrading ninja cat (and the brainwashed cats too), They make the game 10x faster [Also earlygame is easily the worst part of this game because you need to grind treasures in order to make the rest of the game playable (all treasure upgrades are permanent btw)] (Also use every new Gacha unit you get, don’t sell them) (Also make sure you use the normal cats from the regular cat capsule too because something cool will happen when you get them to level 30) -Treasures are an essential part of the entire game (Each main story chapter has 48 treasures you have to get) They have a ~35% chance to drop after completing a stage (in any rarity), You can see your treasures by clicking on Menu -> Treasures. -Each set amount of treasures will contribute to a unique upgrade, *You have to collect all treasures (in any rarity) in that set in order to get the benefits of it* -There are 3 rarities of treasure: Inferior, Normal and Superior, If you get a non-Superior treasure you can upgrade it (to normal or superior) by completing the same stage again (and hope the 35% chance doesn’t fail) The rarity of the treasure(s) also contributes to the power of the upgrade (You can check the power percentage near the top of the screen of an acquired treasure) -Also yes, at this point of game you have to grind for these (Thankfully the energy cost for these stages has been halved because of the anniversary event, which is starting tomorrow on the 16th of your local timezone) It can take up to 10+ tries to get a superior treasure (That’s why I said to upgrade ninja cat and the brainwashed cats, they have short cooldowns and can be spammed for quick and easy wins)

As a veteran with way too much time on this game, I'm super excited to see this develop into a series. Also, getting 2 1% drop rate cats in the form of brainwashed axe and bird before an Uber rare (5% drop) hurts my soul. Those are unironically rarer than the waifus. With the anniversary event coming soon, you will have more catfood than you'll know what to do with. Try to clear EoC (Empire of Cats) chapters 1 through 3 until then. The rewards will be worth it.
I just wanted to cover 2 things. 1:spending money and 2: brainwashed cats If you spend money I would hold off untill the after the anniversary that’s coming up as you can get a ton of free cat food. (1000 twice I think) if you do, only buy either the gold pass as it comes with infinite speed ups, or that one deal that gives 777 cat food and a bunch of rare tickets. DO NOT buy cat food by itself or the super expensive “high value deals” with cat fruits, battle items or xp. Xp and cat fruit are both easily farmable by themselves later on, and buying catfood raw is really expensive. The brinwashed cats are rarer variants of normal cats that have different traits. Axe cat curses, bird cat does massive damage against traitless, etc. Axe cat still sucks though
@@Catornado none of the early traitless enemies have any abilities so the curse is quite literally useless In my opinion he’s also just a little to expensive to deploy compared to other options
@@Catornado It depends, BW Axe could be useful in Empire but beyond that he's not all that great, sadly. I got BW Bird during Empire and that was enough to hard carry me up until chapter 3 Moon pretty easily. The massive damage + mini wave pierce is a great value compared to Axe's curse.
Hey Mike, you're progressing pretty good so far! You have some good gachas so far and a petty good uber rare unit. Just wanted to give you some tips. First tip is to always use tickets on Super Fest, Epic Fest, or Uber Fest since they have a higher uber rate (Epic and Uber fest have 9% uber rate, Super Fest has a 10% uber rate) These fest banners also include every uber (besides seasonal ones) from every banner, including fest exclusives which are some of the most broken units in the game. Also, when rolling on banners, you wanna always use every new unit you get for user rank dump, even if it's a bad unit. Once you've used most of the gacha units, you can start selling units that just do negative affects towards traits such as pirate, witch, stilts, etc. It's usually nice to at least have +2 on them though so you can save a bit of xp, but that isn't really important right now in your current spot in the game. Also, always use every unit you get from the silver tickets, even if they're dupes. You want to get them as boosted as possible because they'll still be used in the lategame of battlecats. Also, Monday is when the 10th Anniversary for Battle Cats starts, so get ready. You'll be getting some insane rewards such as a ton of catfood (estimated to be around 4k), a platinum ticket (gives a guranteed uber), and 2 legend tickets (Basically platinum ticket but with a 5% chance to get a Legend Rare unit). Anyways, goodluck during your progression in battle cats!
Some Random tips: -Hip Hop Cat insanely good single target damage, upgrading them would be good -You can check the Unit Stats on the wiki because they aren't listed in game -in the Menu there is a slidable door, if you slide it enough time in a short time you get a special cat "Flower Cat". They useless rn but will be for something later -Upgrading Ubers is fine but not recommended as the upgrade cost collectively to lvl 10 is about 1M XP, half a Million for lvl 9-10 Overall enjoying the vids, keep it up!
Also that shield you saw is when a cat has the ability to dodge attacks. If a cat does dodge a attack they can’t be hurt for the remainder of the dodge. Also suntan cat can only dodge traitless enemies
during a stage with power ups, you can temporarily disable them by tapping on them. you can’t turn off rich cats, treasure radars, and cat jobs. you can also change the layout of the load out to show all equipped cats at once in the settings.
0:25 good job, also this is the perfect time to be playing battle cats as the. 10th anniversary is coming up, that means free platinum ticket and 2 legend tickets. Platinum tickets are basically a free uber voucher while legend ticket are almost the same except you get a 5% chance to draw a legend rare 5:24 brainwashed bird is one of the only cat units that are built to deal with traitless enemies(those being the ones without color and are on the ground) as it deal ×3 damage against traitless.brainwashed cats are only obtained thru seasonal gatcha and they're one of the only cats that get their tru form via beating a stage, there are other parallels to the normal cat units those being the lil variants, the brainwashed variants, and the crazed variants. As you know, brainwash and lils are only obtained via gatcha(minus their true forms), crazed however are only obtained through beating specific stages that appear on specific dates. These are what players focus on next after they beat empire of cats ch 3 and are some if the best units in terms of utility 8:45 one last thing I swear, boogie cat is actually one you want to buy(not right now but you should down the line) as boogie cat is a cheap meat shield and is need for specific stages mainly crazed stages Edit: one is rewarded thru beating empire of cats ch1, one thru log in, and one thru beating a specific event stage(basically also after beating chapter 1 as thats when you unlock stories of legend)
1:18, that is no joke, also my User rank is 20,203 and have over 470 cat units. Plus I have 3 alternate accounts but, have never spent a cent on the game
Just as a note: NEVER spend catfood on anything except for 100% uber chances Also, save your tickets and use those on fests (uberfest and epicfest) or collabs if you really want a unit and there isn’t a 100% uber event
Here some tips for you on your battle cats journey! You can meat shield with cheap cats that have low cooldowns in production to protect your stronger cats, such as cats that out range certain enemies and do some pretty good damage. Always read the descriptions/stats of cats to see what they're good at so you know what to bring if you're stuck on a level, for example, anti-("trait") or ("debuff") on ("trait") [traits are the enemies colors or types. Each one has their own unique challenge such as aliens being pretty tanky and also strong, and black that are powerhouses and fast, but can get knocked around easily.] Finally, always save cat food for discount 11 draws on a guaranteed uber drop, unless you're looking for a specific loot pull from a banner then go for it, but it's best for the free uber when starting out. Good luck tanking over everything in the known observable universe! :]
I just have a tip for the 11 draw Be on the lookout for "100% Uber Super Rare Chance" that's tagged above it. It does what it says. Also sometimes the 100% doesn't appear until the last few hours of the Banner
By the way, I’d suggest scrolling the Wiki and looking at the various collabs they’ve had in the past. My favorite being: Evangelion (returns yearly) Madoka magica (may return?) Fate stay night (happened 2 times) Ruroni Kenshin (happened recently) Ppap (yes, pikotaro guy) Merc storia (happens yearly)
Remember to get treasures. You want the gold ones and you get them by playing during a treasure festival. If it doesn't give u one keep playing over and over
People can only steal your account with that code if you start a data transfer by going to settings on the title screen then click some other stuff also I would recommend using wall cat/tank cat as a meat shield while you use your long range attackers to attack while being protected also brainwashed cats a really good for beginners and if you ever wanna stop the cat cpu or other powers ups click on the icon on the top left to turn it on and off but this only works for some also one last thing if you’re in a ten draw in the rare cat capsule and the capsule in the front has yellow electricity on it it’s a guaranteed Uber I’m pretty sure
Mike, there’s going to be an anniversary on the 16th you can get a platinum ticket(for beating EOC 1 so I’d speedrun) and two legend tickets (Also like 4k catfood :3)
This game, youre gonna need to start reading wikis a LOT because there are a lot of info the game doesnt give you about enemies or your units. Maybe not now but you will have to learn about it when midgame comes
You should definitely buy Ninja cat. Spamming that guy carries you way to much at Empire of cats. Also, you can only see stats on the wiki. There's no stats in game
Fun fact; If you hold down on one of your cat slot thingies in battle, you can check their stats (as in if they have single attack, strong against red, ect.) as for the cats you got from Gacha, Use Hip Hop (Deals the most damage in general in his true form and can slow red), Brainwashed Bird Cat (Very good early game), and Sun tan cat (being a great meatshield against traitless enemies) And save your catfood and Rare tickets for Superfest in 12 days from today, you can get every uber in the game that isnt from a Collab (Like the mola mola king) or seasonal (Like Sea Shore Kai), the best being the ones from Uberfest and Epicfest, Uberfest being great against any enemies with traits, and Epicfest ubers being great against only traitless (With an exception being Kasli the daughter of Chaos, she's the second most OP uber). You can also check the Battle Cats wiki to see what the Schedules are, also there are brainwashed cats, and crazed cats, there's a diffrence there
Tips Mike:1 is wall cat is a good starter meatshield,meatshield is where in the game to distract the peons the tiny enemies while getting money for more cats.2 Id say jurassic cat I think is what is called to lvl 10 can be good for situations like these.3 brainwashed are like crazed cats crazed cats are op mid game so brainwashed bird is a weaker version of crazed bird but stronger than normal bird hope you see this Mike!
Just letting you know, the best use for cat cpu's is when you already beat a stage you can use 2 and it will automatically beat the stage again for you so it's better for farming the stage as long as you have enough, treasure radars are for very rare item drops in stages and are usually used for limited cat drops in collabs (they rotate but still take awhile if they do actually come back). The yellow shield that suntan cat has is the dodge ability in this game, if you are ever curious about how good a cat is it will probably be best to look up the unit, at this point of the game you don't have to worry about that though, to give you a idea though, the general top tier units are dark kasli from the current epic fest gacha and mitama from the opposite uberfest gacha which is the "normal" version of the units.

I'm so happy, another one of my favourite TH-camrs is doing battle cats. I have 1000 hours in this game and it is so fun, it gets updated like every month or two with new content and new units all the time.

All Powers abilities: Speed Up - You will get this the most of any power up, I think it just speeds up the game at 2x speed for treasure grinding (go to menu and then treasures to see what they do) Treasure Radar - Most valuable thing here, use it for things with very low chances of getting, not regular story stages (you will see later) Rich Cat - Pretty good and is given out somewhat often, very good if you need money quicker Cat CPU - You should almost never use it unless you click on it twice to skip a stage, but you will still have to use energy. (With 1 it is very dumb) Cat Jobs/XP UP - Simple. Increase XP, only use on stages with tons of XP, specifically XP stages (again you will see those later) Sniper The Cat - Good for knocking back enemies, don't have to use him in early game though really
you can open the door of the menu by dragging the knob to the right. If you do that several times you will get a juicy reward. It is like 50 times to get it, i don't remember the exact number
YOU GOT TWO BRAINWASHED CATS IN A SINGLE EPISODE??? Jokes aside, both BW Axe and BW Bird are pretty good in early game through EoC simply because a lot of the enemies are traitless. If you choose to continue playing beyond EoC, Axe falls off pretty hard, but Bird can be usable on stages with lots of close range traitless enemies - and having wave + surge immune for some of the midgame bosses is really nice. I still pull out BW Bird (in its evolved form) for quite a few stages with heavy traitless peon spam and I'm near finishing the last of the story stages (as after EoC is cleared there's two more arcs, i'm on the very last chapter of the last big arc) Treasure grinding is the worst part of the game, especially if you're starting out. The early game EoC treasure grind tends to filter out a lot of players and even veteran players agree the treasure system is TERRIBLE. I generally only grind for treasures during Treasure Fests, which show up for an hour each day. The game actually lets you set notifications for when they start, and gives you a comprehensive list of event start times for the day by clicking the little calendar button next to the User Rank bar. Good luck! There's a LOT to do in this game (Ten years worth of content), so even if you don't make this a full series it's still fun to play off camera if you so wish.
Just nice, tommorow is the 10th anniversary of the Battle Cats. You can get tons of uber rares, catfoods and other stuff that can be helpful for beginners like you
Bijuu Mike, I think you should wait a while until buying the cat food cats (the ones in “special”) they aren’t really that good in my opinion. They do have some use much later down the road though.

You should focus on your brainwashed bird cat as it does high melee damage and TRIPLE damage to traitless (white) enemies And DONT use the treasure radar for getting treasures save them as they are rare Also you probably shouldnt upgrade your ubers until later as they cost Alot of xp (Also all the axe cat variants are kinda bad)
The Yellow shield icon suntan cat keeps showing, means he is dodging the attacks, when the shield icon pops up means he cant take damage from certain traits
I recommend getting treasures. Especially the energy drink. The bank. The watch. The legendary cat sword and the legendary cat sword. (You'll get there) And if your wondering. The cat treasures can be seen the menu.

Brainwashed Bird Cat is a really strong anti-traitless offensive unit, you are lucky you got it
Also that shield you saw is when a cat has the ability to dodge attacks. If a cat does dodge a attack they can’t be hurt for the remainder of the dodge. Also suntan cat can only dodge traitless enemies
during a stage with power ups, you can temporarily disable them by tapping on them. you can’t turn off rich cats, treasure radars, and cat jobs.
you can also change the layout of the load out to show all equipped cats at once in the settings.
0:25 good job, also this is the perfect time to be playing battle cats as the. 10th anniversary is coming up, that means free platinum ticket and 2 legend tickets. Platinum tickets are basically a free uber voucher while legend ticket are almost the same except you get a 5% chance to draw a legend rare
5:24 brainwashed bird is one of the only cat units that are built to deal with traitless enemies(those being the ones without color and are on the ground) as it deal ×3 damage against traitless.brainwashed cats are only obtained thru seasonal gatcha and they're one of the only cats that get their tru form via beating a stage, there are other parallels to the normal cat units those being the lil variants, the brainwashed variants, and the crazed variants. As you know, brainwash and lils are only obtained via gatcha(minus their true forms), crazed however are only obtained through beating specific stages that appear on specific dates. These are what players focus on next after they beat empire of cats ch 3 and are some if the best units in terms of utility
8:45 one last thing I swear, boogie cat is actually one you want to buy(not right now but you should down the line) as boogie cat is a cheap meat shield and is need for specific stages mainly crazed stages
Edit: one is rewarded thru beating empire of cats ch1, one thru log in, and one thru beating a specific event stage(basically also after beating chapter 1 as thats when you unlock stories of legend)

From personal experience, brainwashed bird cat is great for eart game for the traitless enemies. Sadly they get outclassed further down the line

Here some tips for you on your battle cats journey!
You can meat shield with cheap cats that have low cooldowns in production to protect your stronger cats, such as cats that out range certain enemies and do some pretty good damage.
Always read the descriptions/stats of cats to see what they're good at so you know what to bring if you're stuck on a level, for example, anti-("trait") or ("debuff") on ("trait") [traits are the enemies colors or types. Each one has their own unique challenge such as aliens being pretty tanky and also strong, and black that are powerhouses and fast, but can get knocked around easily.]
Finally, always save cat food for discount 11 draws on a guaranteed uber drop, unless you're looking for a specific loot pull from a banner then go for it, but it's best for the free uber when starting out.

Be on the lookout for "100% Uber Super Rare Chance" that's tagged above it. It does what it says. Also sometimes the 100% doesn't appear until the last few hours of the Banner

People can only steal your account with that code if you start a data transfer by going to settings on the title screen then click some other stuff also I would recommend using wall cat/tank cat as a meat shield while you use your long range attackers to attack while being protected also brainwashed cats a really good for beginners and if you ever wanna stop the cat cpu or other powers ups click on the icon on the top left to turn it on and off but this only works for some also one last thing if you’re in a ten draw in the rare cat capsule and the capsule in the front has yellow electricity on it it’s a guaranteed Uber I’m pretty sure

You should definitely buy Ninja cat. Spamming that guy carries you way to much at Empire of cats.
Also, you can only see stats on the wiki. There's no stats in game
Fun fact; If you hold down on one of your cat slot thingies in battle, you can check their stats (as in if they have single attack, strong against red, ect.)
as for the cats you got from Gacha, Use Hip Hop (Deals the most damage in general in his true form and can slow red), Brainwashed Bird Cat (Very good early game), and Sun tan cat (being a great meatshield against traitless enemies)
And save your catfood and Rare tickets for Superfest in 12 days from today, you can get every uber in the game that isnt from a Collab (Like the mola mola king) or seasonal (Like Sea Shore Kai), the best being the ones from Uberfest and Epicfest, Uberfest being great against any enemies with traits, and Epicfest ubers being great against only traitless (With an exception being Kasli the daughter of Chaos, she's the second most OP uber).
You can also check the Battle Cats wiki to see what the Schedules are, also there are brainwashed cats, and crazed cats, there's a diffrence there
Tips Mike:1 is wall cat is a good starter meatshield,meatshield is where in the game to distract the peons the tiny enemies while getting money for more cats.2 Id say jurassic cat I think is what is called to lvl 10 can be good for situations like these.3 brainwashed are like crazed cats crazed cats are op mid game so brainwashed bird is a weaker version of crazed bird but stronger than normal bird hope you see this Mike!

Just letting you know, the best use for cat cpu's is when you already beat a stage you can use 2 and it will automatically beat the stage again for you so it's better for farming the stage as long as you have enough, treasure radars are for very rare item drops in stages and are usually used for limited cat drops in collabs (they rotate but still take awhile if they do actually come back). The yellow shield that suntan cat has is the dodge ability in this game, if you are ever curious about how good a cat is it will probably be best to look up the unit, at this point of the game you don't have to worry about that though, to give you a idea though, the general top tier units are dark kasli from the current epic fest gacha and mitama from the opposite uberfest gacha which is the "normal" version of the units.
Hey Mike I will try and give tips every video for battle cats:) you should try and get all normal cats your cat,Tank,Axe and onwards cuz it will help a lot:)

All Powers abilities:
Speed Up - You will get this the most of any power up, I think it just speeds up the game at 2x speed for treasure grinding (go to menu and then treasures to see what they do)
Treasure Radar - Most valuable thing here, use it for things with very low chances of getting, not regular story stages (you will see later)
Rich Cat - Pretty good and is given out somewhat often, very good if you need money quicker
Cat CPU - You should almost never use it unless you click on it twice to skip a stage, but you will still have to use energy. (With 1 it is very dumb)
Cat Jobs/XP UP - Simple. Increase XP, only use on stages with tons of XP, specifically XP stages (again you will see those later)
Sniper The Cat - Good for knocking back enemies, don't have to use him in early game though really
Having played this game for two years now. I can 100% say there is a huge amount of stuff to do in it.
i felt the pain when he didnt pull for the epicfest banner but its aight
you can open the door of the menu by dragging the knob to the right. If you do that several times you will get a juicy reward. It is like 50 times to get it, i don't remember the exact number

YOU GOT TWO BRAINWASHED CATS IN A SINGLE EPISODE???
Jokes aside, both BW Axe and BW Bird are pretty good in early game through EoC simply because a lot of the enemies are traitless. If you choose to continue playing beyond EoC, Axe falls off pretty hard, but Bird can be usable on stages with lots of close range traitless enemies - and having wave + surge immune for some of the midgame bosses is really nice. I still pull out BW Bird (in its evolved form) for quite a few stages with heavy traitless peon spam and I'm near finishing the last of the story stages (as after EoC is cleared there's two more arcs, i'm on the very last chapter of the last big arc)
Treasure grinding is the worst part of the game, especially if you're starting out. The early game EoC treasure grind tends to filter out a lot of players and even veteran players agree the treasure system is TERRIBLE. I generally only grind for treasures during Treasure Fests, which show up for an hour each day. The game actually lets you set notifications for when they start, and gives you a comprehensive list of event start times for the day by clicking the little calendar button next to the User Rank bar.
Good luck! There's a LOT to do in this game (Ten years worth of content), so even if you don't make this a full series it's still fun to play off camera if you so wish.
Just nice, tommorow is the 10th anniversary of the Battle Cats. You can get tons of uber rares, catfoods and other stuff that can be helpful for beginners like you
Bijuu Mike, I think you should wait a while until buying the cat food cats (the ones in “special”) they aren’t really that good in my opinion. They do have some use much later down the road though.
2 issues. Issue number 1, he used bean cat. Issue number 2, he got 2 brainwashed cats and neglects them.
rolling a spammable wave attacker as one of your first super rares is so busted not to mention that it has massive dmg against traitless

The brainwashed units are basically alternative versions of early-mid game units. Except brainwashed axe, he's trash

also Cat CPU upgrades the wallet first, then tries to send out your highest costing unit if it's powerful so "the game don't suck" it's just designed for a semi-stupid way to win "without touching anything"

You should focus on your brainwashed bird cat as it does high melee damage and TRIPLE damage to traitless (white) enemies
And DONT use the treasure radar for getting treasures save them as they are rare
Also you probably shouldnt upgrade your ubers until later as they cost Alot of xp
(Also all the axe cat variants are kinda bad)
The Yellow shield icon suntan cat keeps showing, means he is dodging the attacks, when the shield icon pops up means he cant take damage from certain traits
Look at the cat descriptions, Empire of Cats only has red and floating traits so you need to find the cats that are stronger against red or floating.
Brain washed cat is going to have a huge impact on the next levels as an anti traitless
The worst part about the code thing is that it probably happened just before the update for linking accounts, so a little time might have saved him
